Hi! I’m Jennifer Michaels and I’m a sophomore mechanical engineer with minors in mathematics, bio electrical engineering and materials science. I joined gamma sig because I volunteered a lot in high-school and wanted to continue volunteering. My freshman year RA told me about gamma sig and I’m so happy I joined. I have gotten to meet so many new girls while continuing to volunteering. My favorite project is faithful friends!

My name is Ariel McHone. I’m a senior with double majors in Women and Gender Studies and Media Communication. I’m currently the Relay for Life Representative for the sorority and I love it! My favorite projects are Faithful Friends and Hockessin Haunted House. I joined Gamma Sig because I was a transfer student who didn’t know anyone but wanted to join a service organization. Once I met the sisters of Gamma Sig, I was hooked! My favorite thing about Gamma Sig is going on projects with my sisters and making fun memories with them.

Our first Gamma Sigster Feature of the Semester!
My name is Julia Lander and I joined Gamma Sig during the first semester of my sophomore year. During high school I was involved in a lot of community service activities, but I hadn’t found a way to continue that in college. I was looking for ways to get more involved on campus but I wasn’t quite sure how. Gamma Sig was the perfect organization for me to join. I have loved becoming friends with all the girls in the sorority and it’s amazing to be able to give back to the community. I’ve really enjoyed this past semester in Gamma Sig and I can’t wait to get more involved!

My name is Mia Seibold and I am a sophomore in the Beta Rho class of Gamma Sigma Sigma! I am a human services major with a concentration in clinical services and a minor in disability studies. Outside of my involvement in Gamma Sigma Sigma, I am an active member of a Panhellenic sorority, heavily involved in The Big Event on campus, and am an undergraduate research assistant at the Center for Research in Education and Social Policy located in Pearson Hall. Any free time I can find, I spend hanging out with my friends, working out at the Lil Bob and chowing down on Main Street. I am so excited for this semester to get underway and to make many more memories with my Gamma Sig sisters!
