The beast tilted its head, unsure of what he meant. Stepping closer to the man, Trico stared down at him, waiting for an answer it clearly didn't have. Freedom was always a case the beast was uncertain was— what  would Tricos normally do if they were free...??

The beasts gaze soon locked onto the unfamiliar human below it, It’d been a while since the creature had seen any form of life—                      other than its own kin. Yet someone this person managed to slip through its senses up until now... Just how long had they been staring back at the creature with that familiar sense of awe the boy had demonstrated many years ago?? 

Were they afraid just like he had been?? Trico no longer adopted a hostile approach towards humans. So without much hesitation, the creature brought its snout down to the other, its nostrils flared as it sniffed them.           Trico wouldn’t hurt this person,           if this person didnt hurt Trico...
