#WAIT THEY DID#IVE BEEN WANTING THAT BRO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU#every update fucking amps up the immersion to a whole new level#the fucking update where you can track all the wolves you've met and even fucking NICKNAME THEM??? goddamn genius#whoever thought of that deserves a kiss on the mouth with tongue /metaphorical#dude I can't fucking wait for the saga. I still almost can't believe it's not going to cost a dime extra#nobody would fault them if it was. it would be 1000% reasonable. plus they've built a strong trusting loyal relationship with the playerbase#it would make perfect sense and you know they wouldn't even charge that much#but no. not a cent. not a.. shilling (?). all for the just the integrity of the game!!!#WQ dev team are the goddamn goats. there's a reason they must have received a couple hundred in my money over the years man#I respect Dave so much man like. not just as a game dev dedicated to what he does but#also as a goddamn scientist#you guys don't know the significance of a guy popularizing something but subsequently realizing he was wrong & working to correct the public#normally if a scientist makes a ''discovery'' or ''breakthrough'' they will just DIE on that hill no matter the evidence to the contrary#sometimes? they KNOW their claim was never substantial because they FALSIFIED the evidence in some way#academia is full of pride. of ego and of money and of notoriety and fame#the fact that NOT ONLY did Dave HIMSELF figure out he was wrong#(it'd be common to settle upon the discovery & either not investigate further or let it bias your perspective in every subsequent study)#(he did neither!!!)#but he ALSO has made EVERY EFFORT to clear the air of his error!!!!!!!#(like I said-- people normally just DIE where they perch atop their hill; having nested there & refusing to leave even as the tides rush in)#dude the amount of humility; integrity; & /pure unadulterated dedication to the subject matter & the scientific method itself/ that it takes#.......#this got s o off topic el oh el#basically @ WQ team: ''may the best of your todays be the worst of your tomorrows'' & all other lyrics from ''I Want You to Have It All''#for everything they do and have done#wolfquest#*''Have It All'' (apparently doesn't have the I Want You To)
