Talent makes one successful

Why are some people more successful than others? There are really just two explanations: talent and effort. But how much does talent actually matter? The science of talent identification is at least 100 years old, and there are many reliable methods for identifying potential and predicting future displays of talent. Every individual in this world has some special skill, ability within himself which ultimately is one’s talent. Talent means aptitude, skill, or the ability to perform a particular work. Also, talent refers to identification, utilization and retention of a set of skills or abilities of any individual. An individual’s happiness is what matters at last, so why not give it a chance and put all of our efforts in it, why not just be passionate enough about our passion.
