Hey Water, I wanted to ask you how did you manage to be so in control?
Hi! I knew I should just suck it and stick with the plan so when the time to maintain came I could just enjoy the food without much guilt but still with discipline. I knew food was always going to be there and would not go away, so I just had to push through it to eventually enjoy my best skinny self.
I also wore an elastic band around my wrist so I could just snap it anytime that I felt the urge to eat. The pain would literally bring me to my full senses and stay disciplined.<3

My biggest motivation right now is to be afraid of food.
I want to be terrified of it. ALL of it. I want to react to someone forcing me to eat with pure terror rather than a resigned relief. I want to wish my fast would last longer rather than shorter. I want to eat so slowly out of fear (like a "real 4n4") that I never binge again.
