Rodan barely noticed the humans scattering and screaming in their attempts to flee from him. His mind was filled only with thoughts of Ghidorah. The golden beast must be freed, it was his duty to free his master. With his mind swirling, the fiery titan drew closer to the trapped head.
Something deep within Rodan protested just before he was about to break open the cell. Jerking back, he gasped for air. Shaking his head violently, the Fire Demon stumbled back, crashing into another wall. This was wrong, he couldn’t do this. Ghidorah can’t be freed!
For a few moments, Rodan just sat there in the rubble and trembled. When he finally did look up, he managed to choke out a response. “I won’t let you destroy my home. This planet isn’t yours to destroy.”
You have no choice... Would you risk giving these worms even a fraction of our power? Their folly has caused this world strife and pain with or without us. Destroying this waste of a planet would be doing you all a favor... You must free us. You must obey!!!
The world seemed darker, light fading as they spoke, the serpents’ voices layered upon each other like a legion of demons. Even in their decrepit state they seemed to shine. They’d taken so much to survive. They’d taken blows from their enemies, taken energy from the humans’ machines, and now they were taking Rodan’s mind and twisting it so they may rise again. This piece of them, this rotting appendage... It shouldn’t even be alive. It was unnatural. It was wrong! They cannot rise again!

Collectively, they rolled their eyes. Their appreciation for the earth was in stark contrast to the goddess’s own, per usual. Still, even they couldn’t deny a brief moment of understanding... Their desire for conquest and death was not dissimilar to her longing for the cosmos. Differing motivations, surely, but they understood all the same. They wondered what she would do once this world was wiped out... Perhaps the song might outlast them both?
How quaint.
Flaring their wings out, the three heads all vocalized. It started slow, their vocalizations deep and reverberating. The sounds felt... heavy. A droning harmony that seemed to come from the very depths of the void, brimming with restrained power. There was the distinct scent of ozone as they continued, their dark dirge hanging over the space around the two Titans like an oncoming storm. It was an oppressive chant, yet ethereal...

Cont. from [x]
Well, if we didn’t know you better that would sound like a challenge.
One we would win effortlessly.
So… Yes, we suppose.
{{It could be a challenge.}} Mothra chirred, an amused glimmer in her eyes. She didn’t come with a contest in mind, but she wouldn’t mind one. {{I look forward to hearing you.}}
Since she was the one who asked, Mothra decided to begin. She sat upright, forelimbs daintily tucked against her torso, and let out a soft, fluttering trill. The sound reverberated in the air, overtones winding around a gentle melody. As she sang on, her wings began to glow. She called upon the Earth, praising its blue oceans and lush forests, its sprawling dunes of sand and towering peaks of rock. Her thoughts then wandered to the celestial bodies beyond, whose notes echoed within her own. The song changed to one of longing, that of a Creator whose emergence birthed the cosmos yearning to see the Great Expanse once more.
As one who traveled the universe, she wondered if he would hear it - the resounding ringing that shimmered through the air and reached for the galaxy beyond.

The mind of a psychic was troublesome for them. All that extra effort to dominate, to crush, to destroy... All wasted on fighting back against a lesser being. They hated this. Hated they had to be pushed at all by this mewling, screaming thing. She was unworthy!
Still, they were strong. Despite the mental pain, they kept going. As she fought they fought back in kind, redoubling their efforts as they exterted more power. Three against one. It was unfair, really.
You will submit, child!!
Curious! What could we put inside your feeble skull after it bursts?
We will show you great, terrible things. Child... You will die screaming!!
@gxlden-demise
continued from here
Madison shrieked the moment all three heads focused their mental ire on her. It overwhelmed her already open mind. The link formed between them practically writhed with the sheer force of rage and murderous intent weaponized against her mind. It felt like her own brain was fighting to get out of her skull.
The girl collapsed at the force, fighting back against the onslaught. Her mind naturally began building psychic pressure underneath Ghidorah’s attack.
“Leave…me…” Her fingers dug into her hair. “ALONE!” Her own psychic energy pulsed through her links to all three heads, attacking their minds.

The more Orochi spoke, the more useless Rodan felt. The golden beast was right, no matter what he did, how much he tried to fix things, he would always be seen as a traitor to some extent. Godzilla’s trust had been lost, as had Mothra’s. For now, they were most likely just humoring him until they figured out how to dispose of him.
A distinct feeling of loneliness seeped into his bones, but he remembered he wasn’t alone. He had Ghidorah, right? They wouldn’t abandon him or steer him wrong. From their reactions, they seemed to want him here. Surely, they wouldn’t turn against him.
Any semblance of peace in Rodan’s mind was destroyed by the chanting chorus. He violently shook his head, trying in vain to rid himself of the screaming voices. Looking for anything to rid himself of the screeching words he shot down towards the building, crashing into it with all his might.
The walls came crashing down. Any humans inside that weren’t crushed by the rubble or tossed into the walls by Rodan landing were doing their best to run. Any conventional weapons they did have would be useless, not to mention attacking would be a terrible strategic choice. They knew exactly how efficient Rodan was in hunting prey. They weren’t about to risk their lives defending their research...
In the center of the room lay their prize. The severed head of Monster Zero, King Ghidorah. The lost head was bound within a confined cell, scientific equipment scattered around it, no doubt used to study the remains.
Yet even now they spoke, all at once. Somewhere between life and death...
You must free us. Then we may heal and return to our full glory. This world will tremble and burn before our might! Free us!!!

After that condescending response, Madison glared before glancing at their main chest. They had a sprawling neural network and three heads, but that body was too small to support three separate hearts. She extended a hand and began squeezing their internal organs with her mind.
Cont. from [X]
It came as a surprise to them, especially considering the outcome of the attack. They’d fully expected to survive, it was still a human picking a fight with a Titan. Even a psychic would have a tough time squeezing organs that big.
What surprised them was how much it hurt.
What?!
ARGH!!
PETULANT INSECT!!
In their rage, their own telepathics went into overdrive. They weren’t specific about what they wanted her to experience, just that they wanted it to be painful.

Exodus- Part 1 [1965]
He was meditating in his living quarters, deep in thought. It was difficult given the circumstances in play, but in spite of everything he had to be calm. The situation wouldn’t be fixed if he panicked.
After all, logic was what dictated them here. It was why they put their focus into technology and efficiency over all else, why their names had been replaced by strings of numbers generations ago, and why they’d been so efficient in overtaking the planet. Of course, blind logic had flaws. Their culture was stagnant, their individuality practically nonexistent, and their planet was going to run out of reasources sooner or later. This was all finite, he’d told the council, that everything he had seen led him to the conclusion that if they didn’t halt their expansion across the world then they would choke the planet until it was little more then a lifeless husk.
What did they do? Reprimanded him for his “emotional hysterics” and stripped him of his position as a sub-controller. No doubt they were scrubbing all the evidence he’d given to them at the hearing and preparing a broadcast to diffuse any rumors that might slip out. He was privately thankful that he hadn’t been deposed of more... absolutely. Still... what could he do against the government? Even with all the evidence he still had, the Supreme Controller wouldn’t hesitate to crush any uprising or dissenters should he see fit to. How could he save his planet...?
That’s the wrong question, Xilien-1965.
This planet will die one way or another. The real question is how to save to save its people. My friend, we can give you the answer!
You must give them something to believe in. Any creature will fight when pushed hard enough, but beings with a cause to fight for are notorious survivors...
...what do they have to believe in?
They will believe in us.

Exodus- Prologue
Somewhere in space...
They had been thinking long and hard about their methods. So far they’d been absolute, utilizing the other Titans of worlds for their conquests when the need called for it. Otherwise they’d been capable of destroying planets all on their own. Then the Earth fought back and won. He had stopped them.
Not without help, they noted. They’d not considered the human factor enough in their attack on the miserable blue planet. Their attention could not be divided without suffering for it, that much had been made clear. Attacking the other Titans left the humans to meddle, and destroying the pests left them distracted from where the true fight lay.
The solution was simple. Cultivate servants of their own. The moth had worshipers, not to mention they could influence and communicate with lesser creatures. Gathering more to their cause would be simple. They’d be in awe, swayed by their power and glory. Just as well they could be tempted with other promises. Then their followers could tend to the human element while they slayer their fellow Titans. All bases covered.
So they reached out, extending their mind to see what else lay in this solar system outside of the planet they’d been forced from. What else was here...?
In a few moments, they found their answer. A desperate mind out in the dark. Beyond the Earth...

Rodan tensed as he heard the third’s voice. His instincts screamed for him to turn back, but something else insisted that he keeps going. Whatever that something was, it was stronger than his own instincts. The closer he got to the building, the more the Magma Titan felt as though his choice had been the right one.
The disappointment in Jormungandr‘s voice caused Rodan to feel terribly guilty. He should have come sooner, or better yet, never left them in the first place. Oh, what had his poor masters been doing without him? How could he have left them when they needed him most?
It was the sharp gust of wind under his wings that pulled Rodan back to reality. He stopped his descent, just hovering in place. No, this wasn’t right. Ghidorah had used him, hurt him, and nearly killed his king. Yet, part of him still begged to go closer, to get nearer to the golden beast.
There was a trilling sound in the air, fading in and out as the wind seemed to stop. It was utterly alien, but from a certain perspective one could almost mistake it for laughter. Mocking, gleeful laughter...
You act as if we are responsible for your folly. It was you who chose to follow us., you who came to our aid, and you who tried to slay your new masters... Do you think because you’re on the ‘right side’ that makes your actions excusable? We have not forgotten the truth and neither will they. Godzilla remembers. How long before he questions your actions, our servant...?
It’s not like you’re going away now. You got this close already! Just a few moments and we’ll meet again. Don’t tell us that the mighty Rodan is going to get cold feet. That would be so disappointing...
Now face us, servant! Come join us as you are meant to!
The sounds changed again, a terrifying chorus of chants screaming two words. Free us... Free us...! FREE US...!

(I think I know exactly why you chose Orochi's casting and I dig it so much because of that XD)
//i can elaborate on my choices a bit! :D
//I essentially needed ones that would have fit the heads’ general personality (malevolent and commanding, direct and cold, and curious but vicious) and worked from there. the easiest was Apophis and the hardest was Jormungandr
//As far as specific roles the actors have done; Gabriel Woolf is here entirely for his roles in Doctor Who (Sutkeh and The Beast) since they’re basically oozing pure evil. meanwhile Norio Wakamoto is particularly well known for his roles as villains; Perfect Cell, Vega/M. Bison, and Oda Nobunaga bein the main ones I looked at. Jouji Nakata is similar in that aspect, given his especially deep pitch and cold tone (Edmond Dantes, Luxord, and Dracula) and i think James Faulkner (Swain) compliments that really well with his dry and commanding performance
//Michael Sheen is thanks to his role as House from Doctor Who and what little bits of his role in Good Omens i’ve seen. He can do very funny but also incredibly menacing which i think works for the left head. Shigeru Chiba is also pretty prolific for comedic antagonists (Emperor Pilaf, Buggy the Clown, Kefka) but also some decently menacing ones (Raditz, Kefka again) so i felt he was the best match there ^_^
#Out of Heads#Headcanons#Info#nuclearshxgun#//There’s a lot of coincidences in there#//but i think one of the coolest is the fact that all the japanese actors have played versions of Megatron before#//I also played around with Akio Otsuka voice one of them#//But i think he’d be better for Godzilla instead :)

Her demeanor puzzled them. Moreover it eneraged them. If nothing else Godzilla was a straightforward enemy. Nothing so complex or intricate about their clashing philosophies or claws. This being, this thing of the light, always had an aura of compassion and healing to it. No matter how bitter their fight the insect was kind to the last, even to they who had slain millions before and would slay millions after...
It was her weakness. One they would exploit.
Their three heads let loose their trilling roars as they looked skyward, taking flight with a powerful push from their wings. There was much to be done, after all. It was pointless pondering the ins and outs of the goddess. One way or another she would fall at their feet. That they would be sure of. They all look towards her one last time, speaking in unison.
Then we will survive through all that is to come. You, your other, Godzilla-! None before us and none after us will end our storm across the universe!!
If she pursued she’d be cut down, but they believed she knew not to pursue just yet. The time for a real battle would come soon enough...
gxlden-demise:
The beast spread their wings, their massive form eclipsing the goddess’s own in sheer size alone. Though not quite as vast compared to her own their power was still immense. Crackling, chaotic energy erupting from a the blackest of voids. Power enough to consume the stars themselves… Yet they hesitated.
Perhaps the leftmost head was uneasy, remembering that they could be servered despite their strength. Maybe the rightmost one knew that if a fight were to break out it would be one that they’d fight outnumbered. They were usurpers, after all. The Titans of Earth were no longer their’s.
The one in the middle spoke up again, disdain evident in each word.
This stopped being about glory the moment we were forced to run like cowards. No… You will see soon enough. When the time is right, our return will shatter this world to its core. Until then, we would waste no time preparing. You will need it…
Her reaction was instinctual, called forth by darkness which she knew well. Her other half, the Shadow of her Light, was the very inky blackness that would one day engulf every existence, until even the atoms themselves evaporated. Her sibling, whose loathing and love for her burned akin to her boundless radiance and heat, was the one who completed her, and this beast reminded her of him.
Her wings too spread. Smaller as they were, they carried her light, the warmth of creation pouring forth. It spilled akin to a fountain, encompassing every crevice. She responded to their energy in kind, her soul sighing in contentment. So rare was the occasion in which she could allow the slightest of herself to manifest upon this planet she loved.
{{This world is not yours to destroy. It has been promised to my sibling.}} She looked upon the beast, her essence reaching, melding around theirs. {{To try is your right. I will not stop you from seeking what your heart desires, but I will stop you. I do so not out of contempt for your kind. I want that to be known. You are necessary, Ghidorah. You are not a coward to ensure that you survive.}}

The first time Rodan heard something whispering to him, he shook his head, thinking he had gotten something in his ear. As it persisted, and he actually paid attention to the noise, the sickening realization of what it was sunk in. That was no doubt the voices of Ghidorah, but only two of the three as far as the Magma Titan could tell.
His breathing hitched, and he looked around frantically for the golden beast. Despite seeing nothing, Rodan knew they were close. It only took him a few moments to pinpoint exactly where Ghidorah seemed to be. How he was so sure, he didn’t know.
Part of Rodan insisted that he flee, to pretend this never happened and fly off. Another part demanded that he needed to at least go and check. That way, if Ghidorah had come back, the Fire Demon could alert the King and Queen.
Taking a deep breath to steady himself, he made his decision. With a mighty flap of his wings, Rodan launched himself in the direction of the building. Surely it would only take a moment, Ghidorah was dead after all. At least, that’s what he kept telling himself.
You choose wisely. We feel your presence as you feel our own. Closer and closer now...
There’s the third one, direct and pragmatic. They all felt clearer now that Rodan had chosen to fly towards the building. Almost akin to... approval? Yes, that felt appropriate. Their servant had come again, his true loyalty shining through...
Why did you take so long to return? We thought you were loyal to the last...
Yet he is here now.
A chance to prove himself. No doubt he will come for us as he did in Boston. So close now...
The wind had picked up, feeling more intense, more purposeful as the Fire Demon pushed onward. As if it was beating to wings that were not solely his own... It had to be just the wind, didn’t it? No other creature on the planet could still make gusts that powerful. It had to be a trick, surely...
