I don’t understand why a’ja having one good game solidified her as mvp when again, stewies had two games with 40+ points and 12 rebounds. like a’ja finally had a mvp like game and therefore she is the mvp, but stewies been playing like an mvp since before the season started and it’s like whatever. nobody said “mvp” after Stewie put up 40+ twice, but everyone said mvp when a’ja finally scored 30+ this season, 20 something games in 💀💀

Sometimes I think about how Caitlin Clark really got famous for just being extremely good at what she does. She’s not an influencer, super rich and well connected, or at a blue blood. She’s just a flat out good basketball player, and she hasn’t always gotten the shine she deserves but now she is

Well as long as seattle gets in that bottom 4 there’s still hope. And if not, I’m cool with her staying until 2025, and Paige can declare this year! UConn fans will love seeing Paige and DT together, it’s a win win

Realistically, Caitlin’s probably going to Indiana if she comes out next year. They’re doing better this year but combined w last year they’re still way bottom of the heap

idk, I feel like I actually do hear most people talk about them together like “this team could get Paige or caitlin and that would be a game changer,” even the nba guys who talk about caitlin also talk about Paige

And Paige’s every move is already getting reported on I don’t think we have to worry she’s been forgotten lol

Oh I’m a huge Paige fan, just think Caitlin’s better

I actually don’t think anyone’s forgotten about Paige, I’ve seen people calling her the #1 pick even with how long she’s been injured, just assuming she’ll be back to #1 recruit status

Yeah I think it’s more of a new fans vs old fans debate, and also a fandom vs fandom debate ya know?

I’m sure that’s already crossed her mind, since they’re in a rebuilding phase anyway.

I didn’t watch Sabrina in college so I can’t really compare them, but watching her on the Liberty, I think Caitlin is already a better passer than her. Maybe her first couple of years she forced shots but I think she does a lot less of that now. Sabrina’s also getting better but earlier this season and in past seasons she really seemed to think she was the only one who could score lol which was a liability especially this year having Stewie with her!

I’m already so stressed about CC and Paige being constantly compared if it does look like they’ll come out the same year

Like with the NPOY debates with CC and Aliyah this year, it’s hard to compare the players one to one bc they play in different conferences and in very different systems, so a lot of it comes down to personal preference which I feel like is when things get ugly lol

I do think Caitlin should go #1, I think she’s both the better PG and leader seeing the environment she’s been working in, and she’s the better shooter/passer so I think could also play the 2 more efficiently if that’s what a team prefers. but Paige being at UConn means I not only could see her team going further this season but also she has all those UConn connections in the league

Tbh I think Paige has been injured for so long people forgot how good she is 😭 but we will see this upcoming season how the both of them compare while playing at the same time 😁🥳
