The author of The New Yorker, John Seabrook, came to this conclusion, that it makes no sense to spend money on the automation of rough work, since people can get the minimum wage and the whole process will be cheaper. “It was only those growers who first had access to the capital to buy the technology who could prevail,” Erik Nicholson, the national vice-president of the United Farm Workers, told me. “Those who didn’t could not compete and were run out of business, and their farms were put up for sale, and you had a dramatic consolidation of land in the Midwest.” Maybe other industries will face automation soon, and people will only do heavy manual labor. Robots will be too smart for us.

GZY’s methodology is structured around AIP, where any human can either PERFORM or EXECUTE a particular AIP or cannot. Assessment’s core element is to check and judge this ability to perform the AIP. The results will determine the need for training on that particular AIP. Why to conduct Assessment via AIPs? 🚀 Comprehensive: They cover all actions of any performance of any skill or competence in all domains and areas 🚀 Accurate: Assessing execution, no degradable scores or percentages – either can execute the action, or not 🚀 Informative: Results of AIP assessment sheds the light on areas and aspects where one needs to improve or develop in order to master the parent skill or competence

Arts always gauge abilities of communities to integrate cultural heritage and collective human experience with individual’s creativity and performance. The program developed by GZY and Russian museum is offering a reflective opportunity for learners to comprehend, appreciate, and reflect on Russian arts and culture. This might raise the aesthetic awareness in young generations of learners in order to nurture an artistically receptive generation where artistic values are a priority in facilitating the relations between works of art and learners. Also, is is inspiring and instigating creativity in arts among the young learners.

We believe the biggest shift in 2019 is going to be training that occurs in the flow of work. Traditional trainings are being phased out as on-the-job training with immediate application emerges as a major trend. With everyone connected through smartphones and devices, the various aspects of our lives are now more integrated than ever. Just as push notifications alert you to sales and specials when you walk into a store, so, too, will future corporate trainings drive more holistic and integrated training opportunities. 1. Individualized training There is no longer an adequate one-size-fits-all approach that works... One of the biggest emergent trends in training is a more individualized approach to training that allows employees more choices in how they approach their own learning. 2. Adaptive content delivery Well, let's start saying that gamification being a good example of adaptive content delivery. Artificially intelligent content delivery that adapts to your employees’ corporate training needs is also emerging as a way to personalize and individualize training. 3. Soft skills training Soft skills are going to be the future of workplace training in 2019. The Stanford Research Institute International and the Carnegie Mellon Foundation found that 75% of long-term job success depends upon soft skills mastery and only 25% on technical skills. 4. Data analytics to capture ROI of learning initiatives Using data analytic tools to capture the actual ROI of your company’s learning initiatives helps you plan strategically to get the most bang from your training buck. This can make every dollar you spend on training to count. 5. Microlearning Microlearning continues to play a huge part in the future of corporate training, providing employees with easily-digested bites of information or instruction that can be immediately applied to a task or project. This trend doesn’t seem to be slowing down or going anywhere any time soon.

What is microlearning? Microlearning is quick, accessible learning that offers your employees tidbits of information when they need it, where they need it. The different types of microlearning offer tremendous benefit to employees who are already pressed for time, including: 1) Microlearning is effective: There is a 17% improvement in knowledge transfer when learning is broken into smaller chunks 2) Microlearning promotes engagement: Mobile learners study an additional 40 minutes per week, on their own time 3) Microlearning is the format of choice for many: 50% of college-going Millennials are not in favor of physical classroom learning It is also nice to remember that microlearning is efficient, since microlearning resources take 300% less time and 50% less cost to produce than traditional courses.

People with an entrepreneurial mindset perceive problems as opportunities and with certainty confront them in order to introduce innovations and create values in the world. Children can develop these key skills and behaviors to lead a successful life. In fact, they are even more adults able to master them, because they have fewer mental barriers and attitudes. Here are seven entrepreneurial skills that lifehack.org believes you can teach your children to help them lead a successful life: 1. Self Confidence 2. Durability and Resilience 3. Problem solving 4. Creativity and Innovative Thinking 5. Goal Setting 6. Initiative 7. Empathy All these skills are developed through two-way communication. Children need the ability to freely express their opinions, to be understood and accepted. Parents are leaders, they need to be supported, allowing children to make decisions and trying different ideas to solve problems. Entrepreneurs know that experience is the best teacher.

Sincere interest is a genuine engine of human development and immersion into depth of knowledge. GZY courses allow you to learn all your life, being inspired and not losing the drive to become experts and professionals in your field. Content is one of the most important parts of the University. Due to the analytical approach to education, materials used in constructing the course are maximally fragmented. This means that the same course will look different for different people, depending on their level of knowledge, goals, interests, cognitive features and other factors. In addition to content units, quality is also the key to successful implementation of the concept.

Current skills forecast 2019
It is clear that education sector is usually not the front runner to support or accommodate new technologies. But this does not mean that there is cannot be changed. According to Forbes, in 2019 the education sector will be subject to the following trends:
💥Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality
It is intended to increase interest in using AR and VR to help students “experience” historical events or, for example, travel. Products such as Google Expeditions are aimed at making AR more accessible by offering a wide range of features through simple phone applications.
👥Personalized learning
Parents of dyslexic children often try to understand why their children's cognitive abilities are so high while their grades are so low. Technology allows people with specific needs to personalize their learning process. For example, technologies such as Dragon Speak help students with dyslexia to “write” their work in voice. In addition, they can learn using audiobooks. Given that nearly 20 percent of the population suffers from dyslexia, this feature becomes important.
🔮Internet of things
An IW may allow a teacher to share test results with other teachers and parents in real time, warning them of potential problems they may encounter in the classroom or at home. He can automatically track when the homework was done - at what time it ends - and even collect data on how long it will take the student to complete the task. With this information, teachers can better understand whether their methods are working, whether the tasks are not too cumbersome, and whether students are working late at night.
👾Artificial Intelligence and Big Date
Today in education there is a huge opportunity to move from standardized test data to less structured data that helps truly understand students. While we will not be able to abandon standardized testing in 2019, I think that many teachers will begin to understand that the other data that they collect of their individual audience can tell them much more than ever.
There are many trends in digital transformation in education. At GZY, we keep abreast of and introduce many technologies and innovations before they can be distinguished into trends by leading analysts. Join us to enjoy the most current educational solutions.

How to measure the effectiveness of investments in education?
Employees development is one of the strategic priorities of any company. However, it is not always possible to measure the impact of such investments. According to the observations of analysts at McKinsey & Company, this fact is a big worry and concern for top managers.
Tumblr media
As for our solution, we divided this problem into 2 parts and created a product that we are proud of:
1) Courses that meet your specific business needs Customized solutions allow for corporates to co-author courses together with GZY methodologists and learning community, to ensure meeting the specifics of your company's requirements and its business goals.
2) Metrics and Progress Analysis Employees’ performance and productivity are highly dependent on the successful mastering and application of either existing or new skills. Therefore, all learners’ progress data is collected via GZY’s analytical system and can be easily migrated, exported, and integrated with other performance management systems used at your company.
Education in GZY not only significantly speeds up the learning process, but also allows you to measure its quality and effectiveness in terms of increasing profits and other business indicators.
