mackulovski: Yep, I think that sounds good. It’ll just hang out here until maybe I come back to it one day. Btw, I always thought your blog was cool and you’ve got my respect for being a Leafs fan through and through :)

the toronto maple leafs gave the boston bruins all they wanted in game two. then they gave them a little bit more. 4-2 with game 3 in toronto on monday and a series tied at 1. the game 1 stage fright was gone. instead, coach randy carlyle delivered a dizzying array of lines. game changers in jake gardiner and matt frattin were inserted into the lineup. a stunning goal from phil kessel, two from joffrey lupul. the leafs attacked from all angles, they moved the puck out of their end confidently, their young players were among their best. all of it built on speed and a confidence that grew with each shift, and, finally, a deafening goal from james van riemsdyk. youth brought hunger, hunger brought drive, drive brought results, more results than mistakes. it’s a timeless script, with experience comes resilience, with youth comes limitless energy. the mighty bears have their win, now the young lions have theirs . (x) boston 1 | toronto 1
