i want to start journaling but i even struggle to choose a notebook to write in helppp. it should be a relieving experience but it gives me anxiety. everything about it. writing something meaningless. writing something that is too meaningful and someone reading it. i want to pour my heart out into the pages but i also want to be silly and goofy with it. why is this so hard???
