do not forget the patron saint of these weeks that we celebrate ourselves proudly and openly in the streets
her name was Marsha P Johnson, and we have her to thank for so much.
remember, the first Pride was a riot, and she was one of the brave souls who endured it to help carve the path which so many of us walk today. she helped found several activist groups regarding LGBT safety and wellbeing. and she was absolutely radiant, too.
when i was at walgreens (at 3 in the morning which explains all of this) the cashier was talking to her coworker about how shed rather be a werewolf than a vampire because vampires are condemned to hell but werewolves arent and then she asked me what i thought and i said vampire because im already condemned to hell and she said in the nicest tone of voice “i dont think anybody is condemned to hell….” paused, stared at me for a few moments, and added on “…not even gay people”

HE'S FINALLY DONE!!!
I asked @canisalbus last year if it was ok to make a 3D version of Machete at some point. It took longer than I anticipated to start the project, but I'm so glad I stuck with the idea.
This project was honestly inspiring and fun from start to finish. I adore Machete's design and it was super interesting translating his strong and clear look into 3D.
I really hope I did him justice! This particular pose was inspired by my personal favorite Machete pic ♥♥♥
I'll also post some closeups of his face and a turntable animation soon!
