aris wasn’t certain whether she had hoped for her words to appease his anger, or work as valid excuse for her actions, but regardless of what it was she was aiming for, the only thing they truly managed to do was rile him up further. who the fuck was she kidding? that not only had she put her hands on hel, but she had done it over a fucking DARE. zeus, the bitch deserved whatever retaliation hel dished out, and honestly, more, that he’d see to certainty that she suffered through. sliding his free hand up to slide her hair over her shoulder, his fingers dragged intimately over the skin of her shoulders, her collarbones, and finally to step in a gentle grip around her neck. tightening with each word he spoke. vindictive, threatening. he held her life within his hands in that very moment and he wanted her to KNOW it.
