point taken. i've seen the photos from people in the audience absolutely covered in mud and i'm not sure i'm cut out for that. at least in the california heat you can wear your cutest bikini and get a tan while you party it up. rhode has done a pop-up at coachella every year and while it's so fun to go out there to see everyone, i really do start missing my bed around midnight. going out is great but there's no better feeling than collapsing into your own bed at the end of the night. so so satisfying. definitely, we'll have to do it next year for sure.

It would not be hard to be less muddy than Glasto. Ah, pulling double duty sounds like it would be hard. I am not a mother but I can imagine it would make the partying so much harder. To be honest, as much as I love a good night out, sometimes it is nice to be back home and tucked up in bed before the clock it's stupid o'clock. Seriously? I would love that.

if you're doing really well, they'll still find something wrong with you. it's so exhausting and since i'm a people pleaser, it used to keep me awake at night. now though, i try not to give it a single thought since not about to let anyone disrupt my peace. most young people like to smoke occasionally, so i really don't see why it's still such a big taboo. you didn't really do anything wrong, so they should let it go.

it honestly makes you feel like you can’t do anything without them trying to compare it to someone else when you are clearly your own person. i’m sorry you had to experience that and i wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. yeah they asked me did i really get arrested in the airport that one time and i told them no i didn’t get arrested but i did get a warning. they tend not to pay attention because they know me and that’s not things i like to indulge.

hails: i don't know about that. you can just re-share content from the official rhode page and it'll work beautifully. still need to get you into a rhode photoshoot though. maybe for the eye patches when he finally launch those. hails: he's crawling and eating solids, so since we've just passed the newborn phase, starting to try for another one seems right. i want our babies to be close in age and then we'll get to enjoy a empty nest while we're still young too. hails: i talked to crystal the other day and i'm so floored that lua is a runner now. she doesn't just walk, she sprints everywhere. bless michael, he's going to be doing lots of cardio running after all. hails: i had such a good time. i spent most of it with kendall and kylie and we had a little girls night out. i missed my boys terribly though and three of those martinis were a lethal. can't drink like i used to, rip.

luke: i say we do it. although, that might be really bad for rhode. i'm shit at doing promo and they'd call me out in seconds. all the kisses for you, baby. luke: yeah? you know i want a big family so i'm down to try for a second whenever you are. levi's a bit older now and we've got a good routine going so another little hemmings baby would be nice to have around. luke: it's insane how big lua has grown over the last couple months. did you see that she's walking now? i'm not crying at all. luke: how was the met? i passed out wayyyyyy before the carpet ended. oops.

gosh yes. the day feels even more beautiful now. how did you celebrate?? it's a sweet old-fashioned named and i'm so in love with it. obviously it has such rich family history but feels just right for your little girl. did you agree on the name easily? ugh, i'll have to come see you soon then. luke is heading to nashville to write with the boys and i'll come bug you and your princess for a bit. i haven't seen your gorgeous face in forever.

Happy First also Mother's Day! It just has a certain beauty rolling off the mouth. And every time we say it we think about his grandma, my great gran and his uncle george. That is instant smiles cause sweet people. I appreciate that, it's been a little insane since she got here. Please yes you know the guest cottage is yours. Actually we, and by that I mean him, is still writing season 4 and well getting the pool set up so think we be stateside for the near future!

happy early birthday! i constantly hear people say that 40 is the new thirty, so by that logic, 39 is the new 29 so welcome back to your twenties. no seriously, people have weird ideas about age and what it actually represents. i'd like to think aging is a blessing and puts everything in perspective. besides, i recently watched your batman with my husband and i'd say you've never been better. being a heartthrob in your late thirties is much cooler than being on as a teenager, lmao. as for the creaking, maybe it's a little from column A and a little from column B? nothing a little pilates won't cure. how old is your daughter now?

Well, next week I'm going to turn the big 39, and I know you're thinking, "Rob, 39 isn't a milestone birthday!" And I know that it isn't, but it's one year closer to 40 and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Where has all the time gone that I'm so close to being 40 is the question. It feels like just yesterday I was the teenage heartthrob, which I hope you know I'm rolling my eyes right now at saying that. Because honestly, who came up with the term heartthrob? It's such a funny word. Anyway, I'm off topic. I'm getting old, mates! And it's showing too, because before my daughter went on holiday with her mum, I was playing with her on the floor, and when I got up to get her something, my whole body creaked like a used floorboard, and it's like, when did I become creaky? ugh, sometimes i go into fashion events and seeing the bridal looks makes me wish i was getting married...again. there's something truly special about a wedding dress, especially the beautifully tailored ones. if you're in new york, you have to go to the white gown in soho. it's carries all the gowns you want to try on! i constantly discover new hobbies i want to try, despite the fact that i will most likely not be sticking with any of them tbh. currently, i impulse bought myself a peloton to see if that would be my latest obsession. the jury is still out on that, though.

i've been watching a lot of Say Yes To The Dress lately and i want to go into bridal shops just to try on dresses. am i getting married? no. am i a bridesmaid in any weddings? also no. it's more of a 'i'm bored and need something to do' and this seems like a good idea to me. anyone else ever had ideas like this that they know probably aren't good ones but you'll probably do it anyway?

hails: then when you do post, people think it's me posting from your account. so funny to me. would be hilarious if we did switch accounts for a day - i'd love to see you do promo for rhode and i'd have to pretend to know anything about making music. that was me, i was annoyed because they didn't mention anything about how hard i'd worked to get my company up and running and made it about our relationship once again. so, i believe i'm owed a kiss. hails: truly and that's what puts everything into perspective for me. hails: i love the sound of that. fighting is exhausting, even against terminally online idiots, so i would much rather focus on our family and maybe even growing it xo. hails: you already know what my answer to that is. yes please, i would love to come with you. here for a break from the paps and levi will get to play with lua too, so win-win.

the way internet always loves to pile on a woman and usually for bullshit reasons. it's so demoralizing, especially since it's always the same shit and they never get anything right. they still talk about that? damn, people really do need to get a life. rehashing something that happened so long ago seems petty and pointless. i'm lucky to have the best support system, because my true ride and dies know how it is and they don't fall for any of it. does your family ever question the stuff that gets written about you?

i have seen the stories and i just want to say wow because what on god’s green earth is all this. i would’ve never known any of this had the internet not forced it down my throat. i know how you feel though, people still bring up when i got busted in the airport with a certain herb. it can be very exhausting and i hate this is happening to you. however, i know it’s going to take a lot more than that to put you two at odds.

i legit think at least three times a day that internet was a mistake. it's a great place for marketing and connecting with people, but there's such an undercurrent of nastiness that i hate. i truly believe that we attract the energy we put into the world, so i try my hardest not to let it get to me but it still sucks. especially since it's not just about me anymore - they bring up my son and my husband into it and are vile about them. i can take it when it's about me, but it's much harder to stand in silence when they're going after your family. you've always seemed like someone who can ignore the hate and rise above it, which has gotta be a special talent in football. those fans aren't exactly silent when they don't like something. do you and olivia still get hate thrown at you or have people finally realized that you're happily married and no internet troll can change that?

the internet can be a brutal place and people who’ve never met you or know who you actually are as a person need to get a life. know we put a lot of our life onto social media but that doesn’t even begin to tell a third of our story. crazy how hooked people get on your relationship. especially if it’s a past relationship. know my ex has been brought up a few times but it’s like no one know what really goes on in the relationships except for the people involved. sorry you’re having to deal with that bullshit. wish people would mind their own and worry about their life. thankfully I let the stuff roll off my back these days. people are gonna be haters and try to tear you down. all the matters is what the people you care about most think about you. know it’s a lot easier said then done but with time you’ll careless and just let the opinions and words just be those things. and they’ll stop getting to you less and less.

there's nothing in the world that could've gotten me to miss your wedding. i would've crawled on broken glass to make the event and it would've very much been worth it. we had the best time, especially when i got to snuggle up to baby noah. he's so precious and small and i was hella tempted to just take him home with me. jk. maybe. you got it right on the first go and i'm so glad to see you happy, babes. it's everything to me.

shh, you don't have to thank me for anything. if you said no then the wedding wasn't happening. can't make me get up there without you. did you and luke have fun last night? any notes for my next wedding? kidding. weddings are too much fucking work so this is the only one i'm ever having.
