“And when exactly is that going to be? You really seem to be taking your time with this.” She should have known that’s what he was going to say. Of course he wouldn’t do anything until he gets what he wants first. Yet, hearing him say this still bothered her.

          ‘ weeeell . . if it was chaotic & exciting every day , wouldn’t that excitement eventually get boring , as well ? you’d get much too used to it . . & you’d need even more exciting things to entertain yourself ! it will just be a vicious cycle . . ’   there she goes , prattling on with a small shrug of her shoulders ; words vaguely similar to a certain informant . she brightly smiles .

             ‘ a moment of peace can be good . . ’   

There’s a small sigh. She had a point. Change could be a good thing for once anyways. “I guess that does make sense...” Her words trail off as she thinks for a moment. There’s gotta be something she could do today that could keep her from being bored out of her mind. 

“Hey, I got an idea! Why don’t we spend the day doing something together? Oh, I’m Haruna by the way.” Might as well introduce herself.

Names, faces, dates... They were all the same to her. There’s nothing amusing about what she sees. It’s all mundane to her. There’s nothing particularly exciting about knowing when someone’s going to die. But she doesn’t regret making the deal. The power she feels in knowing what no one else does is enough to keep her feeling like she has the upper hand in life. 

Haruna is currently sitting down in a small cafe, eyes watching the many people pass by through the window as she sips on her drink. Something strikes her as odd when she happens to see a particular boy pass by. He doesn’t have a lifespan. Quickly getting up from her seat, Haruna exits the cafe and proceeds to follow the boy the best she can.

            ‘ i think it’s nice . there’s always so much going on around here . . ’   saki replies softly from the other end of the bench , having only sat down a few minutes ago because her weak legs had begun to ache . she knows that this girl was probably speaking out loud rather than to her directly , but . .   ‘ it’ll go back to being as chaotic as it usually is , tomorrow . don’t worry . ’

Haruna blinks, turing to glance at the girl who had sat down next to her. There’s a small frown on her face. “I suppose.. but without excitement, it’s just boring here.” She leans back against the bench, eyes casted upwards at the sky. “Let’s just hope you’re right.”

God this guy’s so annoying. The only reason she was even hanging around him was because she needed help finding her dearest Takashi. After the little saika incident, he vanished. Why would he leave her? It wasn’t fair...

“So, are you going to help me or not?” Haruna just wants to get to the point already so she can go home.

“What’s with people today?” She wonders out loud as she takes a seat on a bench. Nothing exciting seemed to be going on today which only made Haruna even more bored. Of course she could always go pester Takashi but he seems to be elsewhere. “I’m so bored.”
