I have posted (most of) my page buffer and hit pause on Basedt updates for the near future. I don't have a drawing tablet or most of my art tools anymore because of the housefire, and I don't really know when I'm going to be back in action, so I can't estimate when Basedt will return. I'm scratching at the walls to get back to it, though. I just want to draw

An interesting thing I want to note is that in this dream I was the passenger. I used to mainly experience driving as a passenger, but since 2021 I've become increasingly the Designated Driver in most places, just because it's an activity I am known to enjoy. But I have very fond memories of times when other people drove me around.

Driving with an unnamed friend. Stop to shoot photos. He's in a hurry to get going before dark. We make it back to the highway at dusk. The sky is sickly orange. Ahead of us, above the horizon, there is a pitch black spot. It grows until it encompasses a big chunk of the horizon. Then we're in the next town over and it's mid morning. Our car is gone. A local mechanic tells us we're lucky to be alive.
