SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Elementary School, Middle School and High School athlete group programs are designed to make you move better, feel stronger, be faster, perform more powerfully, train smarter than your competition and ultimately perform better. We strongly emphasize education. Young athletes at Hamilton Health & Performance are coached from the moment they begin to the moment they leave. The Hamilton Health & Performance program is based on consistent instruction and coaching. Every group of athletes is led by a coach through proper stretching, and warm-up, and then guided through the entire program.
Our program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper strength training, and energy system conditioning. Workouts become progressively more challenging when fundamental techniques have been mastered. Our program ensures good progression over the duration of the session and program. If you want to learn and develop skills before you participate in our group training program, have a specific goal in mind and desire closer personalized attention, and need a flexible training schedule, personal training is an excellent option. We will design a program for your individual needs and support you every step of the way. Your training experience will be maximized with individualized instruction and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Personal Training clients will receive a consultation to discuss health history and a fitness assessment to best analyze their needs. Our team has a wide range of personal training expertise from fat loss, to injury rehabilitation to sports performance. No matter what goal our clientele have, our team will design a program that is tailored to fit their needs as well as provide the instruction and support to attain those goals.
Semi-private personal training is another option for those looking for personal instruction and programming but who enjoy having training partners to help motivate and encourage each other. Small groups of 2-5 still have individualized attention at a more cost-effective price point.
