Raven's exact appearance varies in Handlers and Humans, and it is a purposeful choice. Sometimes it has skin on its lips, other times not, sometimes it can't eat and other times it can, sometimes it can blush and other times not... Its fundamental existence is not stable. As 618 describes, it is "bleeding like watercolor"

🔫PISTOL - do they trust people easily? how easily will they turn their back to someone? have they been backstabbed before? will they betray someone if given an ultimatum?

One of Raven's fundamental weaknesses is that, in its own words, it falls in love easy. Romantic, platonic, familial... It is quick to ascribe friendship and more. This extends to trust. It has a hard time knowing when to break that trust, but it's something Ayre has been helping it with.

They have been backstabbed before, but not by a close person (backstabbed by Snail, somewhat Rusty, can't really call what's going on with Walter a backstabbing). God forbid someone ever betray it, the breakdown will be painful to see.

As for betraying someone, it will if it thinks it has no other choice. It will not betray someone if someone tries to force it to.

Rusty:

No, he's someone who'd want to kiss someone somewhere quiet and unimportant, a place that would be almost normal. He craves a level of normalcy he knows/believes he will never get.

BOOKS - how were they at school? what is their best subject? what is their worst subject? do they have a favourite subject?

He was homeschooled due to the nature of education on Rubicon, but that was cut short after his parents died. He was trained to be a spy by Flatwell at Rusty's request, and he's dedicated his life to the mission of protecting Rubicon. He's most interested in piloting skills, and enjoys a good and violent sortie more than he probably should.

She has pinkish-red eyes, both from her Gen 4 augments and her habitual drug use. Her eyes are sparkling whenever she's making a joke, but at any other time her eyes are... terrifyingly empty.

🌱SEEDLING - what is their most vivid memory from childhood?

She had a rather unremarkable childhood, but did once rewire her parents' car and caused it to nearly lock up on the highway. No one ever found it was her.

Ayre:

🌍EARTH - will they give up the world for someone they love? is this decision easy for them?

As a product of either trauma or the temporal phenomenon trapping the current world, Ayre has grown into a colder, deadlier, obsessive person. The object of her obsession is Raven, and the feeling is mutual. Despite how big both of their hearts are, they're firmly for each other first and foremost. Neither wants to learn the extent to which this obsession reaches.

So yes, even if it was hard, they would give each other the world.

👑CROWN - what does your oc want to be remembered as? why?

On some level she wants to be remembered as the person who freed Rubicon and the Coral from corporate and governmental control and brought her species into the world properly. She wants to save her people, at any cost.

On another, deeper layer, she just wants to be remembered as a person. Someone who exists, who's not ignored by humanity and Coral alike. So much of her life outside Raven's mind has been alone.

🔪KNIFE - how do they react to injury / misfortune befalling their loved ones (significant other, family, friends)? do they put themselves at blame?

Ayre is overly protective of those she loves, and will go to lengths (sometimes unhealthy lengths) to keep them from injury. Her reaction to someone she loves being injured comes in two flavors:

If there is an immediate threat, she violently and swiftly deals with it, then dotes on her loved ones.

If not, she dotes on them, then when they are safe and comfortable, she leaves to annihilate the person who did that.

She is, if nothing else, incredibly violent in her protectiveness, another symptom of the time loop's trauma.

💥COLLISON - what emotions do they have trouble dealing with? Uhhhh... All of them? He's really good at suppressing happiness or doubt, and less so but not bad at suppressing sadness or fear. As he's spent more time held captive by Raven, he's gotten worse and worse at this suppression. It would take someone who knew just the right words to say to crack him at this point in HnH. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒FAMILY - what is their family like? what is your ocs relationship to them? does your oc have any siblings? The closest person he has to family is Carla, who groomed raised him to be a member of Overseer. She's instilled most of his worldview after being turned against the Coral and C-Tech at a young age.

His dad, Hal, was head of the Institute and all but married to his work. This only worsened when he got the C-Wave Celyriah in his head. He was more of a father to Raven and the other IHs than his own son.

His mom died when he was young, killed by nanites that weren't noticed on Hal's labcoat. He doesn't remember much about her beside her death.

Prof. Nagai wasn't much of a father, more a father figure. He was an idol for a young Walter to strive at, a demonstration of what one should do to make up for the sins of others (I.E. attempt planetary xenocide).

He has a godfather, Chester Cress of Furlong Dynamics, now CEO and head of the Furlong Armed Fleet. His relationship with Walter was stern but respectful, and he's as close to a father as Walter's ever had. 🍧SHAVED ICE - do they still have any objects from their childhood? what significance does it have to them? what would their reaction be if they lost it?

Not really, the closest thing is his black denim jacket from ISLAND 4 when he was a younger man. It reminds him of Polter and an easier time of his life. 💐BOUQUET - create a bouqet for them! what do those flowers mean? are any of the flowers their particular favourite?

Hmmmm... Pink Camellias and Carnations for longing for someone he misses (618, Polter, Raven to an extent), Purple hyacinths for sorrow, red cyclamens for resignation, and Orange Lily for Hatred. He doesn't have a favorite flower, there's honestly not a lot of favorites he has because he's been resigned to his death for so long. No sense in thinking about favorite things when you're ready to burn to death ⚙️GEAR - what are your ocs thoughts on science & art? which do they give more importance to? how much value do they place on each?

He doesn't have many art opinions, his whole life has been consumed by science. He doesn't hate the field in totality, but he thinks much of it is bad due to his anti-Coral prejudices.
