how do you write monoma so well? I've read most, if not all your monoshin fics, and was wondering how you write monoma with his confidence but still with his love for shinsou.

but seriously tho i feel like a lot of the characterization i use comes from me being a huge nerd for meta analysis and really diving into what makes a character who they are (and also in fanfic you can bend and stretch canon a little bit to fit what you’re trying to do with the character lmao)

i have 4 more chapters planned (including the epilogue so 3 plot chapters)! and i want to write a tddk oneshot set between the rescue and the ball about how they deal with Everything (and i also want to write another monoshin oneshot if yall arent tired of me by the end but saying anymore would spoil the ending so,,, you gotta wait for that)

Well GD exists in this kind of nebulous state of “in/out-of character” because of how it was written as Shinsou and Monoma were being characterized, so it’s honestly fine if they’re OOC. Your story has sort of transcended their original characterization anyway.
