Healthy Activity Tip #3
Chair Circuit #2: All of these exercises will be done while seated in a chair.
A.  Seated in a chair, pretend to walk by bringing your knees up and swinging your arms in a walking motion( 10 times for each knee).
B. Flap your arms up and down slowly like a bird (10 times).
C. Hold both of your arms in front of you and swing them up and down from waist level to eye level (slowly 10 times).
D. Seated in a chair, slowly lean forward to touch the floor (still seated). In this position, bring your hands to your chest  while still bent forward (do this10-20 times).
E. While sitting up straight slowly kick out one foot at a time in front of you, alternating between both feet (10 times for each foot).
Complete this circuit 2-4 times slowly then speed up if you feel comfortable
