Back Bi!!!! Warm up by jogging on the treadmill. Then some curls with the resistance band, some modified push ups, and some rows with a resistance band. Chin ups with resistance band, 4 x 10 Seated cable row, 4 x 8 Lat pull down 4 x 12 Bicep curl 6 x 10 Hammer curl with cable rope 4 x 12 Preacher curl 5 x10 Wide grip seated row 4 x 10 10 of intervals on the treadmill!!
