Honey & Mushroom Chicken Thigh

I prepared today this easy to cook and less ingredients, Honey & Mushroom Chicken Thighs. It's tender and juicy with a twist of sweets recipe that will share for dinner or lunch. The result is so yummy and it's the best to share your guests (and their kids).

10 MNS MARINATE CHICKEN

5 MNS MARINATE MUSHROOM COOKING PROCEDURE:Combine honey, soy sauce, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, cooking oil,red chili,pepper and lemon mix well and set aside. (this is the marinate mixture)Wash chicken thighs. Trim off any excess fat (optional). Transfer chicken to a bowl with the marinade. Cover and marinade chicken for at least 10 minutes if time allows(30mns).After marinating.....Arranged the chicken thighs on a cooking pan... don't include the marinate mixture.Put the butter along with the chicken.you can soak now the mushroom for 5 minutes using this marinate that you used from the chicken.Put pan on  the stove on medium flame and cook the chicken ti'll it will become tender.don't cover the pan. once you see its cooked turn the chicken so the other side will get cook also.Add the marinated mushroom on top and let it cooked.Add the marinating mixture if you want little bit of gravy (optional).Garnish with parsley and optional herbs.I am sure your kids will love this sweet and tender Chicken Thighs. The Chili is not recommended in this recipe because kids hate spicy food. But you can try it without putting the chili on this receipt. You and your kids will have happy tummy.And I personally choose to use the Chicken Thigh part because of its fats and tenderness.
