ok wow, this is embarrassing, but my band and I need to practice for a show coming up, and I'm currently stuck with using my school's drumkit, which means about only 20 minutes per day (on days when we have school!!) to practice. Obviously, the solution here is to buy my own drumkit. The issue, however, is that currently we're all broke and have no way of saving up for one. If you guys would be willing to chip in even like. A cent (or just reblogging/sharing) I would be more than grateful like I'll literally be groveling at your feet and doing your bidding.

Remember 4 months ago when the CEO of this platform harassed and chased a trans woman off this website just for posting her transition timeline, then chased her to other social media platforms to continue harassing her, and threatened to call the FBI if she continued disputing the multiple dubious terminations of her blogs that did not violate tumblr's terms of service in any way? And despite tumblr staff insisting that the CEO was acting against their interests, the broad transmisogyny evident in the site's culture and moderation policy has still not been adequately addressed?

50 year old men dating 18 year old girls

children obeying adults without question even when their judgment tells them otherwise

adults treating children like complete shit so children idolize the first adult who shows them a shred of basic human decency

"mature for your age" being the best compliment a child can receive

always taking the adult's word

children living in poverty so they're more likely to be financially dependent on pedophiles for survival
