A good goal for this year is to be more intuitive with your body. When are you hungry? When are you full? Working out and listening to your body when something hurts, feeling anxiety and using a coping skill, trusting your gut, observing your emotions and journaling about them in order to understand yourself and serve yourself better. Stopping behavior that harms our body.
