Pretty cool to see Shayne and Courtney at this event together. This is normally an event that in the past Ian would do. Shayne went last year and now it's Courtney turn. They represent Smosh so well and I'm glad they could finally go together

They spend more money on that one episode of Courtney’s new show than they have on two years of Smosh Mouth. Smosh having another podcast channel is also so stupid if you are going to rebrand then actually rebrand. Courtney did a great job and I want their show to be massive but it still very much felt like an episode of Smosh Mouth, also why it had to be on Anthony’s channel and not Smoshcast will be the reason it doesn’t work. Too many of you hate Noah, Keith and Olivia when Anthony is worse than all 3 combined. Like wtf is he in Courtney’s promotional shoot? He has nothing to do with it. Ian would never.

You can tell a lot of you weren’t around for the last few years of defy. It’s starting to feel very similar. You can all pretend this is good news but I’d rather not lose Smosh because they can’t learn from the past mistakes. Spread yourself too thin and everyone loses

I'm sorry but stretching the Smosh fandom this much isn't a good thing. It was a bad idea having the cast on his channel in the first place. It's giving Defy era and it's going to do nothing but hurt his channel and the other channels at Smosh. Also Courtney having their own podcast is great but why isn't it on the podcast channel? This just seems like a desperate move from Anthony to get views back on his channel and it isn't going to work.

The more I think about this the more this just sucks for Courtney. Courtney getting her own show should be a massive deal but not putting on the Smoshcast channel is just setting it up for failure... It's going to get half the views it should just because Anthony needs his own channel to work...
