His hood is pulled up more for comfort than anything. He knows he should be getting used to the new noises and people around him, but he should be able to adjust at his own rate, yes? Was that allowed? Certainly more proof he would never be able to follow the Trailblaze, given had he crash landed on a planet (and ostensibly he kind of...did. Without the crashing) alone he may not have handled it nearly so well.
The bigger issue, he would learn shortly, is not being quite so alone as you thought. Not in the technical sense of being around others, but in the sense of-
He made eye contact with those strange and captivating eyes, and immediately pulled his hood lower, turning on his heel and moving at a steady pace in another direction.
Aventurine, of the IPC, likely not entirely aware of his deal with the Lady Bonajade and someone he had...Well, certainly used, manipulated, and nearly killed. Technically multiple times.
He retreats into a nearby alleyway, hoping against hope he had not been recognized.

Were the cracks he felt along his own features show themselves upon a person, it would be the vines crawling up the boy's neck. A beautiful rose was pinned where his eye should be, and whether it be beautiful decoration or malformation, he could feel a kinship with how the boy seemed to pick at the parts of himself.
But that was not for him to comment on. Instead, he would approach, one hand behind his back, to look at the flyers he had been intending to.
"Pottery sounds interesting," he muses, glancing to see the teen's reactions before pointing at the flyer.
"I can certainly say I haven't done it before."

The Library of Xalphina was quiet. It made him hate to admit that he may start to enjoy it here, at least, he was very nearly close to admitting that until his white glove came back with some dust from an older tome, and he had to bite his lip until it split to stop from making a scene in front of the woman reading near him.
Exhaling, he walks over to her, trying not to rub his fingers against each other to get rid of the filth, and trying not to let his discomfort show on his face.
"Excuse me, would you happen to know where I can clean this, or, perhaps, report a mess? It is quite dusty back here..."

He was comfortable here. The faith was foreign to him and he had not had the chance to learn of it, but his time as Bronze Melodia had introduced him to many types of faith, many interactions with indiscretion and with guilt, many personal relationships with the concepts of faith.
Now, he, a traveler adrift, quietly moved among the pews, running a hand over the wood, he gazed upon the artwork, the statues, and the representations of scripture.
Finally settling, he pulls his hood up over his head, his halo glittering in the candlelight as he sits. He doesn't move when he hears someone else come into the quiet church.
He wonders, briefly, if he should obscure his appearance, instead turning to observe the blonde man, and see what he intends to do in this Church of Onoma so late at night.

She was odd-looking, with her mechanical parts that did not make her quite like Intellitrons, but her humanoid parts that made her not...Well, quite anything at all.
He supposed he could relate, being Halovian. There weren't many like him, particularly being separated from Robin, and so it made him only give cursory glances over the parts of her that didn't seem quite human. Humanoid, at least, he supposed.
But there was no reason to fixate on that, when he wanted to ask a far more important question:
"Are you blockading this store entrance?" Perhaps she owned the candy store. Perhaps a new candy was releasing. He wasn't entirely sure, but he'd been asked to go and ask the strange-looking woman.
"Is there a line?" The small child who had asked him to approach her hide, unsuccessfully, behind a nearby lamp post.

"I see," he responds to the young woman speaking with him. She appears elegant, to put it into a word. Her clothes are clearly tailored and well put together, likely from an affluent background, particularly as this is no Sweet Dream.
He places his phone for payment as the young woman instructed, and while it does go through for the pastry - plain, butter croissant, not heated - it appears his balance is...
Low. Quite low. Something he is unused to, but makes sense, given his current status as cosmic fugitive.
"It seems I'll have to find gainful employment..." A pause, "But thank you, ah...?"

SUNDAY from HONKAI STAR RAIL
A Halovian man with a calm expression, his most notable traits are the golden halo that is behind his head, and the wings sprouting from underneath his airs.
He comes across as soft-spoken and gentle, but while he can be on the quiet side he is anything but gentle. While he focuses his abilities on his new position of supporting his allies, he has historically been able to use his abilities to manipulate, mansplain, malewife his way to being a boss battle.
He has some measure of obsess-compulsive tendencies, and is currently dealing with his near-constant need for control.
Sunday is currently on an adventure to find himself, and to discover who he both is and who he has the potential to be.
That being said, in his current state, he's a bit awkward and thrown off. He won't be entirely off-kilter at being in a new world, but he will still feel a bit strange in his new position as Cosmic Traveler-slash-Fugitive.
