Now Available via The Game Crafter 

Captain Action Enterprises, in cooperation with veteran game designers Harold Sipe and Meg Stivison, announced a new Captain Action Card Game that will be released in 2016 as part of the 50th Anniversary of the multifaceted hero created by the Ideal Toy Company in 1966. The redesigned Captain Action Card Game will be based in part on the classic send-away card game first introduced in 1967, and will provide a visual link to the classic deck but with updated mechanics.  The design of the box and deck will closely mirror the original pack and have a cool retro visual appeal while keeping the promise of "3-in-1 Play" from the original game.

I worked with the Powell Group to identify and secure licenses for comic book priorities to create comic book Playstation themes. 

Dynamite and The Powell Group announced that new Red Sonja and Vampirellathemes are available for the PlayStation 4 (PS4). The themes are available in the PlayStation store. This follows the successful themes that were created for the PS3 involving the same characters. The themes allow users to view artwork from Dynamite’s comics two titles every time they boot up their system.

Description

LiquidSpace is the world’s largest online marketplace connecting people to workspaces. Guests can find and book on-demand meeting rooms and workspaces by the hour, day, or longer, choosing from a network of over 5,500 bookable spaces in over 600 cities across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The LiquidSpace app for iPhone provides a simple, end-to-end experience for finding, reserving, and checking into a workspace on the go, whether a hip coworking lounge, private executive office, or quiet meeting room.

What did we do?

LiquidSpace had an existing app for iPhone but wanted to provide a richer experience for its mobile users. Two Toasters designed and developed a completely new app that beautifully showcases spaces and amenities, using photography and custom iconography to give guests a feel of the workspace prior to booking. We also created in-depth search options and a plethora of support features, including entrance information, Wi-Fi passwords, and attendee status before a meeting starts, followed by one-tap meeting extensions and easy rebooking options. Along the way we ensured that the app incorporated features that iPhone users will love, including calendar integration, Passbook, and ApplePay. The end result is a simple and intuitive experience for professionals to find and book the best meeting spaces in a few taps on their mobile device.

On April 27, 2011 a string of deadly tornadoes ripped across the southeastern United States, with the brunt of the devastation focused on the state of Alabama. In an effort to help the many victims still putting their lives back together, some of the finest comic creators working in the industry today, many with roots or ties to the south, have banded together and donated their time for a uniquely southern anthology: COUNTRY ASS-WHUPPIN’.
