You can pay your property prices in 30 months, and the management of AL–Noor Orchard is offering another offer of 6 half-yearly installments. The price of a residential plot per Marla is Rs. 55,000, while the price of a commercial plot per square foot is Rs. 12,500.
Payment Plan for 1 & 2 Kanal Plots: The total price for a 1 Kanal plot is Rs. 75,00,000, including development charges, and is available on a 5-year easy installment plan. The booking fee is Rs. 800,000 payable at the time of booking. For a 5-year payment plan, there will be 50 monthly installments of Rs. 45000, totaling Rs. 22,50,000.
