*17/11/2024 (Nov. 17th, 2024): I am getting reports that our smart-farm team (including smart-mine and smart-fish-farm) is doing an excellent job in the Western countries that we are helping. Our government officials and civilian engineers are absolutely sure that we can help our Western allies not only with installing digital devices but also with alleviating poverty in these regions.

Generally speaking, the majority of the world – the Chinese (1.4 billion people) see as Koreans as worthless ethnic minority who won’t concede to their rule, but still a significant part of the world (0.45 billion EU people + 0.3 billion Americans + 0.04 bn Canadians + 0.026 bn Australians + 0.005 bn New Zealanders = 0.821 billion Westerners) sees Koreans as outstanding and hard-working.

We have received so much military, economic, and psychological support from the people of these countries not just during my time but also during my grandfather’s time. We are very glad we can help the children and grandchildren of all those who risked their lives to protect the freedom of the Korean people.

To Former President Obama – We need to set up a website for our corporate tax reform project, so economists across the US and corporate lawyers with tax loophole experience can sign up for the project. We’ll collect their email addresses so we can send them the time+place info about our meetings. On the website, we should also announce the progress we’re making, so countries of similar situation can follow suit.

We should invite IRS agents as guest speakers so they can provide us with guidance on implementation of the reform. How much money do you think we can raise for various fees such as website management?

<북한에서 근로자 모셔오기>

몇 년 전, 제가 한국의 작은 기업을 고용한 일이 있었는데요. 5명의 한국 분들과 1명의 후진국 근로자로 구성돼 있었습니다. (후진국 대신 순화된 개발도상국이라는 표현을 쓰겠습니다. 이하 개도국) 다들 우리나라 분들 특유의 세심함과 성실함으로 일하셨는데요. 그 중에 일하던 개도국 분이 어떤 부품이 떨어진 것을 보고, 그냥 다시 끼우면 되는 부품이라는 것을 못 ���아보고 하수구에 휙 버리더군요.

우리나라에서는 표준화 되어 널리 쓰이는 부품인데요, 개도국에서는 쓰지 않아서 못 알아봤나 봅니다. 서구에서는 부자들만 쓰고 가난한 사람들은 못 쓰는, 작고 기발한 부품이었습니다.

제가 “아니 그걸 버리면 어떡하냐” 하니까, 그 개도국 근로자가 자기 나라 말로 느릿하게 “내가 손 대기 전에 원래 그렇게 돼있었다.” 대답했습니다. 전쟁 끝나고 우리나라에 머물며 뭐든지 편리하고 깨끗하고 친절한 데에 익숙해 있다가, 개도국에서 자주 겪은 그런 마인드를 오랜만에 보니 기가 막혔습니다.

우리나라 기준으로 보면 게으르고 무책임한 것이죠. (외교관들은 “일에 대한 가치관이 다르다”라고 표현합니다.) 제가 사장이었으면 화를 버럭 냈을 것입니다. ‘아, 남한 사장님들이 개도국 사람 잘못 썼다가 악덕기업 낙인 찍히는 것은 한순간이겠구나!’ 이런 생각이 들었습니다.

요즘 일손 부족을 겪고 계시는 소기업 중기업 대기업 분들에게 좋은 대안이 있습니다. 바로 통일부에 연락해서 북한에서 근로자를 모셔오는 것입니다.

임금은 남한 분들과 똑같이 주기는 해야겠지만, 남한 사람들처럼 성실하고 책임감 있기 때문에 그만큼 가치가 있을 것입니다. 북한에 들어가있는 남한 중공업 기업인들이 가끔 북한 공장에서 일하는 근로자들의 동영상을 찍어 인터넷에 올리는데요, 묵묵하게 일하시는 모습이 남한 근로자들과 다름없었습니다.

또한 그렇게 하면 저의 경제통일 정책에 큰 도움이 되어 주시는 것입니다. 북한에서 근로자를 모셔오는 것에 대한 더 큰 틀의 경제적 이유는 다음과 같습니다.

1. 현재 북한의 경제 구조는 일본인 공장장 – 북한인 근로자의 구도로 돼 있습니다. 서구 외교관들과 서구 경제학자들의 말마따나 일본인들의 경제력에 한계가 있어서, 이렇게 놔두면 1인당 국민소득 14,000-18,000달러 구간에서 정체할 것입니다. (현재는 1인당 9,000달러 정도 됩니다)

2. 90년대에 남한의 어떤 경제학자가 한 말을 인용한 것을 책에서 봤는데요, 북한과 국민성+지리적 조건이 같은 남한이 1인당 국민소득 20,000불 단계에 진입하려면, 임금을 받는 근로자가 아닌, 기업을 경영하는 경영인들이 많아야 한다고 합니다.

3. 북한 근로자들이 남한의 소기업, 중기업, 대기업에서 단순 노동이라도 고용이 돼서 기술과 경영을 배우면 수년 후 북한에 돌아가 자신들만의 기업을 따로 차릴 수가 있어, 북한의 1인당 20,000불 수준을 성취하는데 큰 도움이 될 것입니다.

<북한 원로 분들께: “제국경영대학” 설립 (평양본교, 동북분교, 서북분교, 남부분교)>

(경영: 經營 기업이나 사업 따위를 관리하고 운영함. Imperial Business School)

이제 북한의 소기업, 중기업, 대기업 경영인을 대규모로 양성하기 위한 대학을 짓는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 고종황제가 돌림병을 뿌리뽑고 서양식 수술법을 상용화 시키기 위해 의과대학을 지어 서양의학을 배운 의사들을 대규모로 복사기처럼 찍어냈듯이, 저도 북한인 경영인들을 대규모로 양성하기 위한 경영대학을 세우고자 합니다.

(일본 정부는 당시 10년 먼저 서양식 병원을 짓기는 했지만, 젊은이들을 전쟁터로 내보내고 다치면 다시 고쳐서 전쟁터에 보내기 위해 병원을 지었습니다. 고종황제의 정책은 그 당시 서구 국가들을 통틀어서도 엄청난 복지 정책이었죠)

1. 평양이나 평양 외곽에 어렵게 가르치는 4년제 대학을 짓도록 합시다. (석사+박사 과정 가능). 그리고 동북 관할 1곳 (평안남북도+자강도), 서북 관할 1곳 (함경남북도+량강도), 남부 관할 1곳 (황해남북도+강원도) 이렇게 3곳에 더 지어, 3년제로 해서, 보통 수준의 학생들도 교육과정을 따라올 수 있게 쉽게쉽게 가르치는 대학을 세우도록 합시다.

2. 입학 조건: 고등학교 전 과목 70점 이상 (화학,물리,영어 우수 성적자 우대), 그리고 교장 선생님의 추천서만 있으면 됩니다. “이 학생은 근면하고 성실하며 좋은 경영인이 될 자질이 있다.” 이런 내용이면 됩니다. 나이 제한 없이, 일본인 공장에 일하시던 분은 어렸을 때 고등학교에 찾아가서 성적표와 추천서를 떼오시면 됩니다.

3. 경영에 필요한 과목들을 가르칩니다. 마케팅, 회계, 기초 경제학 등 남한+서구 경영대학에서 가르치는 과목들로 합시다. 남한에는 훌륭한 기업인이 많은데, 책에서보다는 실전에서 경험으로 실력을 쌓아온 것입니다. 학자가 되는게 아니므로 전 과목 60점 이상이면 졸업이 가능하게 합시다. 물론 재수강도 여러번 할 수 있습니다.

4. 학생들은 1+2학년 혹은 3학년 초기에 필수로 1달동안 남한에 가서 홈스테이(homestay)를 하면서 남한의 소기업, 중기업, 대기업을 구경해야 합니다. 워킹 홀리데이(working holiday)를 하면 더 좋고요. 또 한 학생당 재학 중 한번씩은 서구 국가에 1주일 이상 머물며, 서구에 있는 남한 공장과 Radioshack 등 중공업 판매 경로를 구경해야 합니다. (서구 1주일 견학 비용: 비행기표 + AirBnB 5일 묵으면 총 미국달러 500불 + 1끼 식사 비용 20달러 + 버스 대절비 등 해서 1인당 3,000 미국달러)

4. 3학년 후기에는, 학생들이 공부한 것을 바탕으로 사업계획서를 제출합니다. 그리고 그 학생을 가르치고 같이 여��도 해본 교수 6명이 그 학생에 대한 인격검증서를 제출합니다. “이 학생은 이윤만 쫓아서 서구의 악덕기업인처럼 자국과 동맹국 정부나 시민들을 괴롭힐 기질이 있는가?”, “많은 돈이 왔다갔다 하는데 탈세 등 악덕 행위를 할 가능성이 있는 성격인가?” 이렇게 5명 이상의 교수가 괜찮다고 하면, 위원회가 이 학생의 사업계획서를 실현할 초기 창업 비용으로 8,000 미국달러를 줍니다.

북한 관료들께서는 남한 통일부에 연락해서 이 프로젝트에 관심 있을 관료들과 교수들을 보내달라고 말씀하시기를 바랍니다. 또한 얼마 정도 예산이 들지 계산해보시고, “경제통일을 위한 경영대학 건설+운영에 쓸 비용인데 얼마나 보태줄 수 있나” 물어보시기 바랍니다.

1년에 50학생 x 4학교 x 서구 견학 비용 3000 미국 달러 x 남한환율 1400원 =  8.3억원(남한돈)

만에 하나, 1년에 26.22억원(남한돈)을 다 못 보내주겠다고 남한 통일부에서 그러면, 학교 건축을 몇 년 미루고, 필요한 돈을 저축하기 시작하시기를 바랍니다. 북한 수출 기업들이 세금을 낼 수 있을 때까지 (법인세), 10년 동안만 남한 기업에게서 기부금이라도 걷어달라 부탁하시기를 바랍니다. (또한 제국의 체면이 손상되니, 학교 이름에서 ‘제국’을 빼고 다른 이름으로 하기로 합시다)

Maps of Farmlands in Europe, US, Canada, and Australia & New Zealand

The Korean Empire’s current mission is to propagate smart-farms and smart-mines to these areas. We also have smart-fish-farms, but we’ll start with smart-farms first.

My estimate is that it will increase farm and mine productivity approximately by 25% and decrease the amount of work required. 

Our wealthiest non-West ally is Saudi Arabia, and they have already taken the lead in importing smart-farms to their agricultural industry.

Our goal is to provide smart-farm technology equally to all classes of farms, from big farms that export products to other countries to the poorest farms in these regions. 

We will be charging large- to medium-sized farms the normal rate, which will be worth every euro or dollar.

For farms that are registered as below poverty level, we will find ways to make our devices affordable and maybe ask for your government for subsidy if the technology development costs more than we expected.

The empress graciously asks for your help with Korean researchers, so if you meet them, please provide them with all the details on the farm work, the mine work, and all the hardships, so they can come up with appropriate digital solutions to the relevant problems.

This is a tribute post to my childhood theatre director. I found this video on YouTube during my Dean Martin phase circa 2019.

Growing up under him, I was able to explore American classics such as "Our Town" and "Bye Bye Birdie."

After college, I was having money problems, so I thought about going back to the States and becoming an actress. I was very grateful he gave me something to live by.

I hope the couple lives long and healthy.

This is a sitcom I follow called “Young Sheldon,” and there is this hilarious scene where Mary writes a novel depicting a man being very thoughtful and talking in a way women like, but she is not being realistic. I laughed thinking our emperor consort, an Italian-American, is thoughtful and respectful like that, and then I realized a lot of Korean men are like that.

I know a lot of caucasian women are interested in dating a Korean man, and I can’t say that every Korean man you meet is thoughtful and respectful, but I had many White girl friends living in Korea who were happy with a Korean boyfriend for this reason.

My advice would be that, keep in mind - about 96% of people who claim to be Korean, whether in media or in real life, in US or other Western countries, these are not Korean but are Chinese or are from Southeast Asian countries, considering the size of their population.

First thing you should know, although Chinese and Koreans look similar, the Chinese are a Sino-Malay ethnicity, originating from the Yellow River, one of the cradles of civilization. Koreans are of Ural-Altaic ethnicity that migrated from Southern Siberia during the Bronze Age.

There are ways you can test if the person is Korean or Chinese.

1. One of the fastest ways to see if the man is Chinese or Korean, you can ask what clan they are from. Korean immigration to the US started in late 1800s, so every Korean-American person you see in the States is either 1st generation, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th generation. Even the 4th generations will know what clan their last name belongs to.

A Chinese man won’t be able to answer this because they are - especially the rich and the Communist Party members - all commoners. Of course, there are exceptions where this won’t work such as for North Koreans (who got rid of the clan system), adopted men, or Chinese citizens of Korean ethnicty (chosŏn jok.)

2. Before marrying him, make sure to visit his parents to see if they speak Chinese and serve Chinese food.

3. If you live in a big city, befriend a female and/or male Korean friend and ask them to examine if he is Korean or Chinese. They can tell from things like table manners and other behavioral characteristics unique to North and South Korean people.

I’m posting this because I was worried that some woman might ruin her life by marrying a Chinese man claiming to be Korean and having his babies. Please make sure to proceed with such measures so we can prevent this from happening.

일본 우익 관료들이 좋아하는, 공주 옷을 입고 열창하는 김연자 씨. 뒤에 스님들은 아마 일본이 불교 문화라서 감독이 넣었나봅니다.

  다음 내용은 서구 정서에 거북한 내용이므로 영어로 번역하지 않겠습니다. 물론 직접 번역해서 보시는 것은 괜찮습니다. 서구와 일본 사이의 반목으로 한인이 다친 역사가 있으므로 (안중근 의사는 프랑스인, 유관순 열사는 미국인에게서 교육받았습니다) 중립적인 태도를 유지하는 것에 대해 양해를 해주시기 바랍니다.

제가 2011-2015년 대한제국 국제법 재등록을 선언했을 때, 일본 정부는 크게 환영하고 지지해주었습니다. 대학교 때 일본정치사 과목을 두 개나 수강을 해서였는지 (메이지 유신에서 2차대전까지, 2차대전에서 오늘날까지) 그렇게 놀랍지는 않았습니다.

러시아가 한반도에서 참패하고 물러난지 얼마 안 된 후, 어느 날 주일미군이 저보고 일본 정부 관료들을 공격하고자 하니 승인을 해달라고 하더군요. 그 사이에 또 무슨 일이 있었는지… 미군 장교인 우리 부군조차 저 놈들 다 잡아들여야 한다고 그러더군요.

그때 생각나는 일이 있었습니다. 제가 예전에 홍콩에 살 때, 나라가 가까워서 한국 교민도 일본 교민도 많았는데요, 일본인 친구의 아버지가 일본 과자 브랜드인 메이지 (明治) 회사의 현지 공장장이었습니다. 어쩌다가 따라가봤는데 후진국의 다른 공장들에 비해 시설도 깨끗하고 노동 복지도 잘 되어있더군요.

그래서 공개 편지를 썼습니다. 지금 북한이 전쟁을 겪고 나라 경제가 바닥이 나있는데, 일본 관료들이 북한에 와서 공장을 짓는게 어떠냐, 이랬지요. 그렇게 하면 일본 관리들은 저의 밑에 들어와 살 수 있기 때문에, 감사하다고 일본식으로 인사하고 북한에 들어왔습니다. 주한미군&주일미군에서는 “여제를 도우며 너희들 업보(業報)를 정화(淨化)하라”며 사건은 일단락되었습니다. (clean up your karma)

북한 관료들의 안내로 이들이 북한에 공장을 짓기 시작했는데, 북한 관료들 말로는 북한 시민들에게는 오랫동안 만져보지 못 한 큰 돈이라고 하더군요. 지금은 노동 복지 빵빵하고 위생이 세계 최고인 자국 기업들이 들어가있지만, 초창기에는 일본 공장으로 인해 북한 경제가 살아나기 시작했었습니다.

가끔 들리는 소식에 의하면, 북한 어느 길거리에서 서구 관료와 일본 관료가 싸움이 붙어 멱살쥐고 난리도 아니었다고 합니다. 왕족들과 고위 관료들은 다 한반도에 들어와 있고, 지금 뉴스에 보이는 건 낮은 계급의 관리들만 남아있다고 합니다.

일본군의 진주만 공격

당시 일본이라는 국가를 보면 겉으로는 군사도 크고 강해보이지만, 젊은이들은 강제로 징집되고, 아이들까지 군수물자 마련에 동원됐다고 합니다.

한편 대한제국의 제국주의는 최대한 시민들 개개인이 전쟁과 가난의 영향을 받지 않도록 한다는 점에서 다르지요.

공식적으로는 미국과 일본이 동맹이라 하지만, 실상으로는 미국 정부나 미국인들은 일본인들을 많이 무시하고 군사적인 적으로 보죠. 서유럽 국가들도 마찬가지고요.

2차 세계대전에서 진 axis power (미영프-현재의 UN상임이사국-와 싸운 연합전선) 중 독일은 민주화되고 무솔리니 정권이 물러났지만 (이탈리아 사람들은 무솔리니의 시체에 침뱉을 정도로 싫어했다고 하더군요), 일본인들은 당시의 반서구 국민적 감정을 아직도 갖고 있습니다. 우리나라에서 논란이 되는 신사 참배가 예지요.

제가 학부 때 우리나라에 공부하러 온 많은 서구 외교관 지망생들을 ��나고 그 후 서구 외교관들과 얘기를 해왔는데, 한국과 일본을 드러내놓고 비교하는 얘기를 많이 듣습니다. 두 나라는 언어나 인종이 비슷한데, 한국은 왜 이렇게 우수하고 일본은 왜 저렇게 한심하냐. 이런 내용이지요.

많은 서구인들이 일본의 경제성장이 이상하다고 서술했으며, 일본이 G7에 들은 것도 러시아가 밀어서 그렇게 된거라는 증거가 있습니다.

우리나라 교과서에는 일본은 선진국이고 한국은 후진국이다라고 강조하는데, 이건 크게 잘못된 premise(전제)입니다. 아마 그렇게 생각하는 사람들은 우리나라 사람 밖에 없을 듯.

특히나 당시 일본군의 침략을 받았던 중국은 좋은 동맹이다 이러는데 이 역시 위험한 세계관이 아니라 할 수 없습니다. 당시 중국은 많은 파로 나뉘어 서로 죽고 죽이고 있었는데 일본군도 거기에 소수로 낀 것이지요. 상하이 같은 항구 도시에는 서유럽 군이 장악하고 있었는데 그 안전지대에서 동맹인 한국인들이 항일 운동을 한거지요.

When we look at the state called Japan at the time, although on the surface it looks strong and its military seems big, Japanese young people were forcefully drafted and even children were mobilized to produce war supplies.

On the other hand, the imperialism of the Korean Empire is different that we try to keep each and every one of our citizens free from the influence of war and poverty.

Although in public the US and Japan claim to be allies, in reality the American government and the American people look very much down on the Japanese people. It is the same for other Western countries.

Among the countries of the Axis Power that lost in World War II (the alliance of countries lost against the French, American, and British that are part of today's UN Security Council,) Germany has been democratized and the Mussolini regime went away (they say that the Italian people hated Mussolini so much that they spat on his dead body,) the Japanese have still kept their anti-West national sentiment. An example is their worship of war criminals at their Shinto Shrines.

During my undergraduate days I have met many Western diplomacy students that came to Korea to study and after that I've been talking with many Western diplomats, and I have heard many of them blatantly comparing Koreans with the Japanese. Even though the two countries are ethnically and linguistically similar - why are Koreans so outstanding and Japanese so pathetic? This kind of talk.

A lot of Westerners have written that there's something strange about the Japanese economic development, and there are evidence that Japan has entered the G7 because they were backed by Russia.

In Korean textbooks they emphasize Japan is advanced and Korea is backwards, but this is a grossly inaccurate premise. Koreans are probably the only people who think that way.

Also they write China is a good ally that has also been attacked by the Japanese military at the time. This is undoubtedly a dangerous worldview. China was divided by many warlords killing each other, and the Japanese were just a small part of all that. Some harbor cities such as Shanghai were dominated by Western military, and Koreans who were their allies were able to do anti-Japan movements within that safe zone.

1. 저의 공식적 이름을 정했습니다. 새 신에 별 성자로, 신성황제, 신성여제(新星女帝), 혹은 원하신다면, 전쟁에서 여러번 이겼으니 신성대제로 불러주세요. 저의 제위 기간 동안 이 나라가 새로운 별처럼 떠올랐다는 뜻입니다. 대한제국이 2016년도에 국제법으로 재등록 됐으니 2016년이 신성원년이 되겠지요.

I have decided on my official name. Corresponding to the Chinese characters "new" and "star", please call me Emperor Shinsŏng (Shinseong), Empress Shinsŏng, or if you would like, because we were involved in some successful military operations, Shinsŏng the Great. It means Korea has risen like a new star during my time. Because the Korean Empire was re-registered under international law in 2016, 2016 would be Year 1 of Shinsŏng.

2. 2021년은 여러모로 성공적인 한 해였습니다. 저의 건강도 기적적으로 많이 나아졌고, 남북한의 경제도 많은 성과를 이루었습니다. 금융업 발전, 중공업과 비중공업의 수출 호조, 그리고 북한 시민들의 식생활 개선 등이 있었네요. 2022년에도 좋은 결과가 있기를 바라겠습니다. 개인적으로는 가사소송 문제와 이사 문제가 해결됐으면 좋겠습니다. (저의 가사소송에 대해 도와주시는 사법부 분들께 진심��로 감사드립니다.)

2021 was a successful year in many ways. My health has improved miraculously, and the North and South Korean economies had made many great results. There were the development of our financial industries, the increase of exports in heavy industries and non-heavy industries, and the reform of diet for North Korean citizens. I look forward to more good results in 2022. Personally, I wish my family ligitation issue and my moving issue would be resolved. (I sincerely thank some members of the judiciary for helping with my lawsuit.)

According to Dr. Jill Biden, during her visit to look at British schools in the UK, one of the biggest effects of the whole COVID-19 scare on a national education system is that - as attendance is delayed for young students, they miss the right time for individual children to take in what they learn.

For those who have praised North and South Korean welfare system, yes - it is true the Korean education system is immensely strong and well-funded. However, as the lockdown level increased to level 4 due to recent COVID scare, the blow on our school system is no different from any other country.

South Korean teachers are hating it for many pedagogical reasons.

안녕하세요. 대한제국의 여제 김율입니다.

원래 외교적 사안이 아닌 내부 정치에 대해서는 관여를 하지 않는게 원칙입니다만, 자랑스러운 이 나라의 구성원으로서 많은 시민들이 괴로워하시기에 두고 볼 수만 없어 이를 씁니다.

우선, 코로나19 관련 정책결정자 분들께 큰 칭찬의 말씀을 드립니다. 일일 확진자 수에 휘둘리지 않고, 시민들의 안위를 위해 단계적 거리두기 정책에 중립적인 태도를 유지하시고 치료제나 충분한 병상 수 등을 발표하시며 시민들을 안심시키시는 모습을 보면, 역시 한 나라의 복지 체계란 유능하고 도덕적인 관료가 있기에 가능하다는 생각이 듭니다.

제 생각에는, 아무래도 시민들을 위해 거리두기 단계를 3단계+a 이상으로 책정하지 않는게 좋을 듯 합니다. 민주주의의 꽃인 집회를 허락하고, 교육 관련 복지를 위해 2학기 전면 등교를 추진해야 합니다.

저는 코로나19 사태에 관해 철저한 음모론자입니다. 당장 일일 확진자를 과장해 발표하는 자들을 잡아들여 공무원법으로 다스리고, 유능하고 마음씨 착한 자들을 그 자리에 앉혀 발표하는 일일 확진자 수를 천천히 줄여나가야 합니다.

물론 제가 틀릴 수 있습니다. 또한 실무자들의 결정에 대해 아무 말도 하지 않겠습니다. 다만 제 생각을 공유함으로 시민들의 괴로움을 덜어내고 관료분들의 난처함을 돕고자 하는 마음입니다.

I agree with Chancellor Merkel that there are exaggerated and distorted information about the coronavirus going around. 

In South Korea, although the government discourages citizens to not spread stories about the virus that don’t have a clear source, there are public service agents who produce exaggerated numbers (probably not out of bad intentions.) This leads to policies resulting in bad socio-economic impacts across the country.

I think it would be helpful, if world leaders would think of ways to prevent the spread of unwarranted figures and news especially in the western world and in Korea.

By the way, Germany is probably going to be 2nd-4th biggest member of the new EU combined military. I will be looking forward to German military contribution to our Korea-China border.

1800년대 말, 프랑스군은 중국과 일본에서 상당한 승리를 거두었으나, 한국에서는 그리 잘 나가지를 못했습니다. 황제의 아버지인 흥선대원군 아래서 많은 프랑스인들이 정당한 이유없이 죽었지요. 고종 황제 본인은 서구 학문과 기술에 개방적이었고, 프랑스인 선교사들의 도움으로 우리의 아름다운 명동 성당을 지었지요. 이 때문에 우리는 2016년 국제법으로 대한제국을 다시 등록하자마자 프랑스에게 사과를 했고, 이런 역사와 거리를 둘 것을 선언했습니다. 오늘날에는 대한제국은 프랑스 공화국의 기여를 여러 방면으로 높이 평가하고 있습니다. 새로 창설되는 EU연합군의 가장 큰 구성원으로써 한-중 국경에 필요한 군사적 지원을 보내주고 있으며, EU의 가장 오래된 회원 중 하나로 2016년 러시아가 물러가며 북한에 긴급한 경제적 지원을 어마어마하게 해주었습니다. 양국은 당연히 군사적, 경제적, 사회적으로 협력을 계속해나가야 합니다

In late 1800s, the French military had won quite a lot of victory in China and Japan, but they didn’t do so well in Korea. Under the emperor’s father, Prince Hungson, a lot of French people died with not much of a just cause. Emperor Kojong himself was open to Western ideas and technology, and he built our beautiful Myongdong Cathedral with the help of French missionaries. Because of this, when we re-registered the Korean Empire in 2016, we have immediately issued an apology and proclaimed to distance ourselves from this history. Nowadays, the Korean Empire is highly appreciative of the contribution of French Republic. It is (assumably) the biggest member of the new EU combined military and is sending us military aid necessary at our Korea-China border. And as one of the oldest members of EU France has sent us tremendous amount of urgent economic aid in 2016 right after the genocide. The two countries must continue to cooperate in our military, economic, and social sectors.
