This is a comment someone appended to a photo of two men apparently having sex in a very fancy room, but it’s also kind of an amazing two-line poem? “His Wife has filled his house with chintz” is a really elegant and beautiful counterbalancing of h, f, and s sounds, and “chintz” is a perfect word choice here—sonically pleasing and good at evoking nouveau riche tackiness. And then “to keep it real I fuck him on the floor” collapses that whole mood with short percussive sounds—but it’s still a perfect iambic pentameter line, robust and a lovely obscene contrast with the chintz in the first line. Did you not see? Matt posted quite a bit about the figures on his Twitter 😭 He was talking about how he wasn’t asked, didn’t know, and doesn’t get any of the profits BUT he then made the little Matt his profile pic which was really funny. I actually feel quite bad for him. Obvs we don’t know the whole story about why he was kicked from the band, but I think I’d be mad too if someone else was profiting from my face.

LMFAO NO WAY... Yeah, I don't know why he left the band. For all we know he could be a complete asshole and doesn't deserve our sympathy, but I still find it weird from like, a Society perspective. Man is probably just a regular dude now. Imagine if what you did at age 23ish was immortalized forever whether you wanted or not just for a product. Even when Kidrobot made the black parade figures I found it funny they included Bob lmfao. I'm not saying we should completely ignore Bob's existence and possible contribution to the music (he's an asshole but to ignore he was there at all kinda feels like just brushing the issues under the rug) but when it comes to a line of toys... would anyone care if Bob wasn't included... does anyone want the Matt figure...
