That sounds like it makes sense, but it would take ages. 485. Cock fighting is a sexual sport. Depends where you go I guess.
486. It is the warmest time of the day during the hour that the sun is the highest in the sky. Yes.

Part Four, Wondering how long this is actually going to take...Questions 301-400.
301. List 5 things you have not experienced that you would like to experience before you die. A Freefall B Accomplishment C Something I never knew I needed until I found it D A clear conscience
E Graduation 302. Will you try to accomplish any of these things within the next year? For sure. 303. What do you feel controlled by? Society. 304. If Jesus appeared to you and told you that the moon was made of green cheese would you believe him? First I would have to be convinced that this man was in fact Jesus, you're taking a pretty big assumption right there assuming that Jesus is even a man. 305. What is one thing you are sure of? Nobody will live up to other people's expectations because they are always too high, so just let them be themselves and you don't like it, don't be around them.
306. At what part of the day do you feel the most alert? Around two in the morning.
307. Have you ever played in a band? Once, I played bass. We played one show and I wouldn't do it again because it was so horrible.
308. Have you ever stared into the ocean thinking 'early creatures crawled outta that'? No.
309. If not, what do you think of when you are staring into the ocean? Most of the time I think if it would be easier under the water than it is above it.
310. Do you like the mental challenge of chess or other games? I love chess!
311. Do you ever think of where your atoms were before they were in you? Nope.
312. Do you ever think about where your atoms will go after they have been in you? Hopefully some of them will go into another person via organ donation and help them live longer. 313. If you didn't know that people couldn't fly do you think that you could? Yes.
314. Are you someone that others call when they're having a problem and want to talk about it? It depends on the problem to be honest. 315. When it comes to literature, do you see beyond the writing and into the meaning intended by the author? Never the first time around. I like to let the story wash over me on the first go, then I will reread it over and over and take something different each time.
316. Is there anything you can take apart completely, and then put back together, and have no left over parts? Jigsaws, a bridle, give me time and I can put anything back together. I see things like that as puzzles and not getting it right would annoy me so much.
317. What are your feelings about the death penalty? I don't agree that someone should be killed, not because of them but because of the family that they leave behind. However I am well aware that I am speaking from a position of naivety, I have never had anything happen to me or anyone around me that would bring into question the death penalty.
318. If there was a god and you could ask him/her one question what would it be? Why when humans are so intelligent do we still bite the inside of our own mouths? 319. Do you believe that life will be found on other planets? Maybe, but I think if life was found and it did resemble human form, I think they'd be pretty shocked to know that we spent so much money on finding possible new life when we let our people die so easily because we claim there is not enough.
320. What is something worth suffering for? Life. 321. If you could put an extra eye on your body anywhere you wanted, where would you put it? On the inside of my wrist.
322. Are you in touch with the earth and nature? I like to think so. 323. Would you rather live simply or extravagently? Happily, so I think simply would be better.
324. Have you ever been camping?
Yes, and I love it. 325. Is your heart open when you meet someone new? Yes. It can be hard but you can't hold back when you meet someone new because someone in the past hurt you. You can be careful, but you can't expect someone to work hard to gain your trust when they did nothing to break it in the first place. 326. Are you able to have conversations with and become friends with people who are not like you and are interested in different things than you are?
Sure. 327. Are strangers more beautiful or frightening to you? Beautiful.
328. What stops you from doing everything you want to do? Myself. 329. Can you think of three adjective that do not apply to you at all?
Judgemental, Beautiful and Simple.
330. How do you feel about Jeremy Jaynes, who got a nine year prison sentence for spamming people with junk email (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Jaynes)? It is ridiculous. There are rapists who get suspended sentences due to prison overcrowding. 331. Do you know who the current premier of China is? Li..something. 332. Are you very active? No, but I am on my way to being. 333. Is there a city that reminds you of the landscape of your brain? Somewhere crowded, with lots of noise, but not Manhattan, because that is organised chaos. 334. Have you ever loved someone who has loved you back? Yes. 335. Is it really being 'in love with' someone if the other person doesn't love you? Yes. 336. Do you believe that there is someone perfect for everyone or that people just fall in love with who ever they are with at the time? I think people come into our lives at points, and if circumstances are right, then it works, but I know that if I had met the boy I loved when I was two years younger it would have been very different because I was a different person, and I have to assume he was too. I think people are constantly changing, and if you both like eachothers constant changes then great. 337. Do you know secret things?
Yes, and I would rather not know. 338. Have you ever fallen in love with someone you shouldn't have? Looking back, no, I became infatuated with the wrong person and mistook it for more than it was, it was something but it was not love. 339. How do you overcome your fears? When I figure that out I'll let you know. 340. What can you do better than anyone you know? Spin a tale, the more outrageous the better. 341. Would you benefit from a wilder existence? No, I live in a pretty remote area so I am happy with the amount of wilderness I encounter.
342. Does it seem to you like the range of socially acceptable behavior is getting smaller or larger? I would like to say larger, but I think it is getting smaller, because with the internet everyone can now judge you so there is a fear of doing anything deemed questionable as it can be shared worldwide within minutes. 343. Have you ever fired a gun? Yes.
344. Are people becoming more afraid of each other? For sure. 345. If you had to choose the percentage of freedom vs. safety what ratio would you decide on (ex: 100% free 0% safe)? I would take 51% freedom over 49% safety. Freedom is paramount, but it's hard to be free when you're not safe.
346. Does safety stifle you? Sometimes it does, yeah. 347. Who or what needs to be stopped? People in power voicing opinions that are not based on fact. It just spreads ignorance. 348. Are human beings becoming more domesticated? Not at all, if anything, we are becoming more barbaric. 349. Do you follow the lives of the British Royal Family? No. 350. How did the death of Pope John Paul II (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_John_Paul_II) affect you?
It affected me in that I knew who he was, but it didn't affect me in any other way as I am not a follower of religion. I respected him for what he stood for in the minds of other people, but for me it didn't really have a lasting impact. 351. Have you ever lost something and never found it? Yes and it annoys me so much.
352. Do you listen to any talk radio shows? I used to when I had my car, but now I don't, I just have my ipod. 353. Who do you trust more, your friends or your parents? My parents. 354. Would you ever date someone outside of your race or religion? Sure, so long as I am being treated how I deserve to be treated. 355. Which of the 7 deadly sins in the worst (gluttony, greed, pride, lust, envy, wrath, sloth)? I'm not really sold on these sins. They are traits that everyone has, and it just seems like a way for religion to keep you coming back, confessing to these deadly sins over and over. You will never be good enough because you will never be fully free from these traits, it's about how you handle them that matters. 356. Which one are you most guilty of? Having said that, I am definitely most guilty of wrath, though you would never think it to look at me. I hold a grudge like nobody else, and I while I am a very forgiving person, I never forget anything, so I think wrath is what I would think I would have the most of.
357. Are you afraid to be alone with yourself? Nope. Do you try to avoid thinking? For the most part. 358. Would you venture to tell someone you loved him or her if they didn't say it first?
Of course. When you love someone you don't say it to them to hear them say it back, you say it because they deserve to know that they are loved. 359. What are you the most sensitive about? Probably my past. 360. What can you talk about for hours?
Depends on the person. I could talk about cheese and pesto with someone for hours and never be bored, but be discovering the secrets of the universe with another and be bored out of my tree. 361. Do you talk about yourself, other people, or ideas the most? Ideas. 362. Do you believe that spell casting can work? Sure. 363. Are you a fan of The Legend of Zelda games? I love them so much. It is my goal to finish Oracle of Seasons in one sitting, but I have not managed it yet! 364. What old movie would you go see if it were re-released in the movie theaters? 'The Third Man'. 365. Is there a celebrity that you would be too starstruck to talk to if you met them? Ezra Miller. There is just something about him, he is so captivating. 366. Have you ever left a mean unsigned note? Nope. 367. Do you think it's cheesy to paste things you didn't write into your diary? If it helps then sure. 368. What are three things that you try not to think about? Money, the future and the past.
369. Is casual sex acceptable for you? I don’t believe in casual sex, it’s just sex. 371. What is expected of you that you feel is unnatural or not right? I am expected to marry and have children and it drives me insane. What annoys me most is that so many people who hear that I might not marry seem so confused at this and that once I find a man to love me I will crave a marriage and then a child. People don't seem to understand that it is not something I am doing for a particular cause, I am not making a statement. I just don’t really believe in it and it’s not something I spend a lot of time thinking about. 372. Do you sometimes place your own expectations on other people? I used to, but not anymore. If you put expectations on other people they will never live up to them and you will be disappointed in them for no reason. 373. Do you sometimes act overeager to make friends when you are around strangers? I generally have no idea what to do when I'm around new people so I do tend to be a little full on sometimes, either that or I say nothing and come off as antisocial. I don't know how everyone else seems to walk along the fine line of social interaction so well.
374. Do you take everything that is said literally? Nope. 375. Do you take most things others say seriously? Not really. 376. Do you have a quick wit? Yes, but I also have no filter, so things just fly out before my brain has time to catch up with my mouth. It is mortifying a lot of the time.
377. Do you believe in the need for political correctness? Yes.
378. Do you have strong opinions and beliefs? I do, but I like to hear what other people have to say too. 379. If yes, can you still hang out with and be friends with people who disagree with you? That would depend on what differences we clashed on. 380. Are you uptight? Not at all.
381. Do you sometimes do risky things? That would depend on how you define risky. I don't think I do, others might disagree. 382. Could just about anyone hold your interest in a conversation for at least ten minutes? No.
383. Are you self-conscious?
Extremely. 384. What would be your ideal destination for a Saturday afternoon? I would like to be in Brooklyn, in my apartment writing after getting a little drunk after brunch. I sound like a moron, but it is really fun. Here, I would like to climb the Sugarloaf then take photos and drink whiskey when we had descended to celebrate. I have wanted to climb that thing for years, I did it when I was 13 and I have always wanted to do it again.
385. Does anyone have a video tape of you doing something embarrassing? Not as far as I know-No, there is a tape of my trip to Zambia, and we had to put on a concert for a school and we didn't have a note between us, that was pretty terrible. 386. What is Kevin Smith’s(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Smith) best movie? It has to be Clerks, it is so good. 387. Where do you like to go on Friday or Saturday nights? Sometimes I like to be on my own for the whole weekend, especially if I am at home, I just take the dog for walks and watch films and write. I like to get together with my friends, it doesn't really matter where though. 388. Do you like your friends to act the same way all the time or do you accept their moods and changes? I would never expect them to act the same all the time because I don't. 389. Do you often feel like other people are judging you?
All the time, but I put it down to paranoia and try to get on with it. 390. What do you think other people judge you to be like?
Either antisocial and cold, or friendly but a bit odd, depending on what else has happened that day.
391. Are you quick to judge others? Nope. 392. When you have a fight with someone do you want to talk about it right away or calm down first and then talk? Calm down, in an argument it becomes all about you, so you need to take a minute and try to process their side of it. They might not be right, but you still need to try to understand where they are coming from before you can move forward. 393. Some say love is a river (according to the old song). What do you say love is?
Love is when you look at someone and you can't remember the moment you started to love them, all you know is that you do. 394. What is the worst fault a person can have?
Someone who lies, and not because they want to spare someone else pain, but because they want to save themselves judgement, or embarrassment, or just having to deal. 395. Do you have it? I used to, and I think it was the worst thing about me, which is why I say it. Everyone is different, but for me, lying was something I did when I wanted to get out of having to account for my actions because I didn't care, I would rather let someone else suffer than be held accountable and it is such a shitty thing to do. 396. Which do you think has more impact on a person’s character, genetics or environment? I would say environment, but then I have to think about people who were raised in horrific conditions and moved beyond it, then people who were raised in idyllic conditions and grew to become serial killers. I have no idea. 397. Who was your first best friend? Georgina.
398. If you are not best friends anymore, what came between you? A boy. 399. Who have you read a biography about? Neil Davis. It is called 'One Crowded Hour'. 400. What would your own autobiography be called?
Don't read this, seriously I have no idea why anyone let this get published in the first place.

I'd do it for ten grand, enough to clear all my debts and pay my way through the rest of college, but if I'm offered money, naturally I'm going to say ten million, at least. 107. Have you ever killed an animal?
I have killed ants and mosquitoes, anything bigger than that I either put in a glass and throw outside or call someone else to get rid of. 108. Have you ever lost someone close to you?

Pool. 124. What things are you interested in that you study or read about on your own?

Candles. Does anyone ever say strobe lights? 190. Do you think the Lord of the Rings movies are true to the books or did Hollywood change the story too much?
I only made it though the first LOTR book, but I did prefer it to the film. I thought the film was good as a stand alone piece, but too much detail was lost in the translation. 191. When you see a stranger on the street does your first reaction lean towards thinking of this person as a potential friend or as a potential threat?
A threat. 192. Is it natural for human beings to fear and distrust each other, or is it cultural?

1. Who are you?
Sarah Anne. 2. What are the 3 most important things everyone should know about you?
I'm not antisocial, just very easily intimidated, I love animals more than most people and...I am left handed. 3. When you aren't filling out 5,000 question surveys like this one what are you doing?
I go to college, I work and I write. 4. List your classes in school from the ones you like the most to the ones you like the least (or if you are out of school, think of the classes you did like and didn't like at the time).
English, Maths, History, Music, Physics, French, Irish.
5. What is your biggest goal for this year?
It is the first year that I can commit to getting a healthy body, so my goal is to get in the best shape of my life. 6. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
I can't plan that far ahead, in 5 months I want to have finished this year of college, as for five years, it is too overwhelming to think about. 7. What stage of life are you in right now?
I'm learning to accept that this is my life. 8. Are you more child-like or childish?

Thank you. 10. What song comes closest to how you feel about your life right now?
Sultans of Ping - 'Where's Me Jumper'...Na, it would have to be Talking Heads - 'This Must Be The Place'. It's a great song, but the lyrics are pretty apt to me right now. 11. Have you ever taken martial arts classes?
Nope. 12. Does your life tend to get better or worse or does it just stay the same?
It is constantly changing which can get quite frustrating. 13. Does time really heal all wounds?

50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind Tag
Tumblr media
How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?
I think I would be the same age when it comes to relationships and emotions, but a teenager when it comes to money.
Which is worse, failing or never trying?
I know it is never trying, but sometimes it is easier not to try, because then you can't fail.
If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
People assume there will always be more time.
When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you've done?
I hope not, I really hate that saying, it is similar to 'at the end of the day', it is baseless.
What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
Ignorance, my own included.
If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
Writing.
Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
I am doing what I believe in in terms of writing and college, but in order to achieve goals I need money, so I settled in terms of a job right now.
If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
I'm not sure I would, maybe I wouldn't be so hard on myself but I don't look at my life with many regrets I can't get over.
To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?
I think in the past few years I have gained more control, things come along that blow me off course all the time, and I have to decide to pick up the pieces and start again, so in that way I am taking control.
Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
Doing the right thing, athough the right thing to me might not be the right thing to someone else, so I try to do the thing that will sit right with me.
You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire.  They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend.  The criticism is distasteful and unjustified.  What do you do?
I would say something, I don't like when people are talked about when they are not there to defend themselves, especially when the people doing the critiquing have no intention of raising the issue with the person themselves.
If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don't take your parents word for it all your life.
Would you break the law to save a loved one?
Yes.
Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity?
Yes.
What’s something you know you do differently than most people?
Think.
How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy?
Because I am a warped individual.
What one thing have you not done that you really want to do?  What’s holding you back?
Get more films produced, but I am still to anxious to put something out for critique until I am happy with it, which might never happen as I am quite the perfectionist.
Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?
Always.
If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?
I would move to New York, it is an amazing city and I feel like I belong there.
Do you push the elevator button more than once?  Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster?
No, I do however push multiple lift buttons so as to make them all come down at once.
Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton?
I would rather be happy than worried for a lifetime.
Why are you, you?
Because I tried to be everyone else for a long time and I was miserable.
Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend?
I try to be.
Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you?
Losing touch, distance is irrelevant.
What are you most grateful for?
My body, wouldn't be here without it.
Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones?
Never be able to make new ones.
Is is possible to know the truth without challenging it first?
Truth is relative.
Has your greatest fear ever come true?
Yes.
Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset?  Does it really matter now?
Sort of, those upsets and mistakes shaped me into the person I am now.
What is your happiest childhood memory?  What makes it so special?
Probably any time I was around animals. Animals are special to me, they always have been.
At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive?
I'm not sure I have.
If not now, then when?
When I was 17.
If you haven’t achieved it yet, what do you have to lose?
I think I will feel that way again, I'm not frightened not to, but I'm not sure if feelings like that are supposed to happen more than once, I just got lucky and experienced being very very alive when I was young.
Have you ever been with someone, said nothing, and walked away feeling like you just had the best conversation ever?
Yes.
Why do religions that support love cause so many wars?
Because people believe their opinions are more valid than others.
Is it possible to know, without a doubt, what is good and what is evil?
No, it is all relative to an individual person.
If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job?
I would quit my part time job so I could concentrate on college, but if I was working full time, I don't think I would. Or if I did, it would be to find work in a field more related to what interests me.
Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy doing?
Work I enjoy.
Do you feel like you’ve lived this day a hundred times before?
Lately no, but I used to get that feeling all the time.
When was the last time you marched into the dark with only the soft glow of an idea you strongly believed in?
Seven months ago, when I moved to New York with no money, job or place to live.
If you knew that everyone you know was going to die tomorrow, who would you visit today?
My parents.
Would you be willing to reduce your life expectancy by 10 years to become extremely attractive or famous?
Na.
What is the difference between being alive and truly living?
Everyone is alive, truly living is making the time you have enjoyable and memorable for you.
When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards, and just go ahead and do what you know is right?
Whenever you want.
If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?
Because while we might learn, other people get hurt from our mistakes.
What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
I would probably stop over thinking everything.
When was the last time you noticed the sound of your own breathing?
Apart from when I read this question, yesterday in the car.
What do you love?  Have any of your recent actions openly expressed this love?
I love to write, I write down everything so it becomes a little more real to me.
In 5 years from now, will you remember what you did yesterday? What about the day before that? Or the day before that?
I think I will remember specific parts of each day, I have a pretty good memory.
Decisions are being made right now. The question is: Are you making them for yourself, or are you letting others make them for you?
I am making decisions, the difficulty in having that responsibility is knowing that you are the only one to blame if you make a bad choice.
