Diet (feminization task #4)
now that we’ll be tucking and wearing panties 24/7, it’s time we started a more feminine diet, as that combined with more restricted blood flow down there should cause a nice feminizing effect. I know most guides would tell you to start shaving about now, but that’ll be much easier to keep up with if we first work on getting more feminine hair.

For our feminine diets we will want it to consist mainly of 3 things, estrogens, progesterone, and an anti-androgen.
Number one thing we will want to add to our diet is soy. Tofu is best for this, this stuff is packed with phytoestrogens, if you can’t get yourself to eat straight up tofu, I would recommend something like miso. I eat miso 3 days a week to make sure I’m packing enough phytoestrogens.
Another great food for estrogen is lentils, I make sure to have it once every weekend.
you will also want to up your seed intake, most noteworthy being sesame, and flax. What I recommend is getting a pack of single serve hummus cups, not only is it packed with sesame but it is also made with chickpeas which will also give you a nice boost. I recommend having this daily if you can as a snack with some flaxseed crackers.
you will also want to eat more fruit, try having watermelon, raspberry, strawberry, and pomegranate throughout your week. This will give you a nice boost of estrogen.
you will also want to have more nuts like Almonds and Walnuts specifically as these are really high in progesterone. I’d recommend cutting out milk and try going with almond milk from now on, add some to your coffee every morning, and snack on a few almond butter cups or chocolate covered walnuts.
you will also want more carrots for the beta carotene, I’d recommend occasionally swapping out crackers with carrots for your daily hummus.
cucumbers are great for skin health as well, I recommend slicing a couple and add to a pitcher with water and fresh mint leaves, and change it out every three days. The fresh mint will also work as an anti-androgen and block testosterone.
I’d also recommend the brand Simply Gum, get packs of their spearmint flavor to keep testosterone levels in check. Be sure to chew 2pieces twice daily
we will also want to drink green tea daily as this can also help block testosterone.
for herbs, be sure to get in some rosemary and saffron. I like to get my fill by adding some to a bowl of chicken broth to sip on any day I’m not having my miso.
Also important to note, no red meat! 😤 This will increase testosterone levels. It will be best to avoid meat as much as possible. When having meat, try to stick to salmon, shrimp, or the occasional white meat chicken.
All this combined with the tucking should start giving a nice feminizing effect and may cause you to gain some weight. Which will give you the perfect excuse for what we’re about to do in the next task! 😉
