Ok I know this is just a kinda popular fan theory (and I may or may not have talked about this before idk my memory is bad)

But I firmly believe Metal Sonic is a robotiziced Sonic from a future where Eggman won.

And that's where his obsession with being the one true Sonic comes from. Because he is, or at least was, Sonic, just corrupted and turned into a weapon, stripped of his previous memories and reprogrammed to serve Eggman.

Deep down Metal knows he's really Sonic, but without his memories he fails to realize that his worst enemy is also Sonic, instead seeing him as nothing but his loathsome copy. Sonic sees Metal in a similar way, just a cheap copy of the original.

Neither of them know that they're really one and the same.

i have too many thoughts rn since ive started the show so here's my list of random bullet points-

Forgot to make a post about this bc whoops but during the first episode when the three are all in their capsules,seeing leo just falling asleep hugging Adam's leg was so fucking ADORABLE and jus- I mean its probably obvious by now that Leo is most likely closer to Adam out of the three which i find really sweet so im hoping to see more moments between them just being bros

Someone take Donald to a parenting class holy shit like i know the show treats it as a comedic bit like "oh well these kids have never really been teenagers haha!!" but its kinda,,,,IDK it kinda makes me a lil upset like donald...what were you thinking???

im only one season and a half in and NOW i can see why people get so defensive over chase because oh my god this guy is just,,,It kinda hurts everytime i see Chase get bullied or just idk messed around with in a way that doesnt feel right yknow? Like yea siblings pick on each other here or there but seeing Adam just kinda throw Chase like a rag doll,seeing Leo activate his spike app through humiliation,and him just being an overall punching bag for almost everyone like my god he really cant catch a break can he

The parallel universe episode was really interesting tbh like it was neat seeing Tasha being Davenport,Donald NOT having an explosive ego lol,and the hendersons (me and my homies hate the hendersons) but im very curious about what parallel Leo was like bc obviously we didnt see him bc Leo most likely took his place until the universe reset and blah blah but it wouldve been cool to see both leos run into each other since this parallel Leo is very different with the whole bionics things and he is still a single child since adam,bree and chase aren't there this time

THE ROBOT FIGHTING EPISODE WAS SO COOL I- Just two guys casually beating their billionaire inventor dad at a robot death match plus I loved seeing Chase and Leo have fun!!
