So disappointed...

More and more I am loosing faith in the community. Call me old fashion but, I am from a time where creators help each other. I try to help if and where I can to anyone who reaches out to me. If it was not for creators taking time out to answer my questions and work with me, I may never have started making my own meshes. Lets face it...that was a different time and so much has changed.

I am trying to work on a set and I am stuck on a mesh, trying to understand how to make it work how I would like it to... I reached out to a creator that has made a mesh work similar to what I am needing/wanting...and I was shut down. Was told that they will not answer me on tumblr and for me to ask in their discord. Now, I know that discord is the new popular thing...but I hate it. One thread where everyone asks for help and to me, it seems impossible to keep track of what is going on...am I the only one who thinks this? Anyways, this creator also said that she will not answer questions (on discord) if she feels like people can find answers themselves through google search...then said people are lazy. She said that she can't take time to answer questions cause it would take time away from her creating. I was not asking her to take a week off to help me...literally 5 to 10 minutes to answer a few questions. Needless to say, these comments upset me! Seriously, in the time it took her to message me all this...she could have just helped me...a fellow creator! At this point, I feel like I am alone in the world of patreon and discord and the community is gone.

HAW’s first package upload!

After extensive googling (thankful for Sims 4 Studio!) I finally applied some bump and spec maps to my concrete floor. Hope you all enjoy and keep an eye out for future posts... Might take a while, blender hurts me :(

I have finally created my own mesh! This very very very basic table was a week long project - blender is insane! Next step is to figure out how to successfully bake a gold uv map :/ Thank you to the following creators for your endless inspiration - i am totally in awe of your hard work in creating CC for the community - it’s not easy!! @hel-studio, @miljamaison @hephaestionsims @eniosta @sundays-sims @heurrs @msteaqueen @kerriganhouse @raventons @analogica40 @aggressivekitty
