Realized Babel's name is a lot more meaningful than just a general reference to their inevitable fall. The biblical tower fell to ruin after a unified mankind was cursed to speak different languages. They could no longer understand one another, and splintered across the land as a result.

Likewise, Theresa's Babel is doomed from that same theme, that same breakdown in communication. She strived to build good relations between the sarkaz and non-sarkaz, a vision of peace through dialogue and understanding between races. Yet she failed as she could ironically no longer reach her own people.

No words, no oaths, no promises mean anything anymore. Theresa could read the minds of her people, but her ideals had outpaced their hearts. Thus resulting in civil war between the sarkaz and all that came after.
