Omf I'm having mine in 4 days in Mexico and im so nervous! What's it like waking up? Is there a lot of pain?

Well I my doctor ended up injecting medicine into our abdomen so we didn't have a lot of pain which was great! I didn't have that the first time I had surgery for my gallbladder and boy does it make a difference! just make sure as soon as you can after that you get up and walk around!! It helps so much with the gas that's gets trapped inside which can really be a pain in the butt. Good luck I hope everything goes well!!!

Woot! I'm three days out from my gastric sleeve. And I feel great sleepy and a tad sore, but great and I am sooooo looking forward to the rest of my amazing journey! !
