“You’re welcome, Frosty. I may be an overlord, but I always treat my guests with the greatest possible hospitality. I reserve ruthlessness for my enemies.” She says with a respectful and kind tone, smiling back at him before responding to his question.

“Coal, mostly. Whatever fuels the flames inside me. I also intake rock and metal to maintain the supply of magma, which functions much like blood for me, as it flows through my whole body. You can see it in my arms.”

She lifts one of her arms up for Frosty to see. At a safe distance, of course. He can see veins of hot magma flowing through her rocky black skin, which makes it resemble volcanic rock coated with ash. Her body is like a volcano and a furnace rolled into one. There are metal grates in front of the the open hole where her stomach should be. Inside, there’s a heap of flaming coal and magma pools around it. Her face is the most human-looking part of her. It’s black and ashy, as if she’s covered in dark soot. Her hair, flowing down her back, resembles hot lava. She wears it in a metal braid that somehow keeps it from pouring onto the floor behind her.

“I often use the flames and molten metal in my body to forge weaponry. It’s a useful skill.”

“Hmm… I’ll see if one of my workers can procure a pie. Does that sound good to you? To be honest, I haven’t had any sort of ordinary food in a while due to my unique anatomy,” She gestures to the lava-filled furnace where her stomach should be. “but I try my best to make food accessible for guests and employees.”

“Hmm… I’ll see if one of my workers can procure a pie. Does that sound good to you? To be honest, I haven’t had any sort of ordinary food in a while due to my unique anatomy,” She gestures to the lava-filled furnace where her stomach should be. “but I try my best to make food accessible for guests and employees.”

“Well I’m glad you were comfortable. You appear to feel much safer, am I correct?” Vulca says with a small smile.

She continues, “I’ll have one of my workers bring you some food since any food I come into contact with will be reduced to ash in a matter of seconds. Is there anything in particular you’d like? I cannot produce just anything, but I’ll try to procure something that pleases you..”

*There’s a pang of sadness in her expression*

“I’m sorry, Frosty. I dearly wish I could comfort you, but my form… I’m afraid I would hurt you if I were to touch you...”

*Vulca almost sticks her hand out to pat him on the head, before pulling back and remembering that she’s literally partially made of lava*

“Ah… I apologize for that… ahem… Nevermind…”

"It might be the floor, but I was quite comfortable!" His stuttering is gone, thanks to his body being warmed by the forge he's been sleeping next to. As he stands up to stretch, his brain recalls that she'd offered food, and he nods. "I'd love some, as long as it isn't anything bitter, or too spicy."

Frosty's snoozing near one of Vulca's forges with a soft smile on his face, enjoying the warmth it provides. It's only when he hears footsteps approaching him, making his flopped ears twitch, that he flutters his eyes open slowly, waking up and smiling a little more when he spots her. "Hello~" he says sleepily.

She looks down on him with a smile on her face. “Hello again… Frosty, was it?”

“Well, good morning. It seems you slept the whole night on the floor here. Would you like me to get you something more comfortable? Perhaps a seat or something to eat?”

*She steps through into a forested area. There is a large garden surrounding her on three sides and right in front of her is the entrance to a grand manor.*

*The faerie says, opening a swirling portal to another realm and walking through. Amy is unable to disobey the command*
