Scandinavian-Inspired-Minimalist
Concept:
Café or Bistro A café is a restaurant that does not offer table service. Customers order their food from a counter and serve themselves. A café menu traditionally offers things such as coffee, espresso, pastries, and sandwiches. Cafes originated in Europe and are strongly associated with France. They are known for their intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating is another trademark of a café. A bistro is similar to a café, in that the food is simple, basic fare served in a casual setting. However, where a café may only serve coffee, bread, and pastries, a bistro may offer entire meals.
Interior Concept:
Whether design is a passion, a hobby, or even just a passing fancy, chances are you have heard of the Scandinavian style of design. You might even have an idea about what it looks like—white walls, wood floors, and modern furniture. Scandinavian style is more than just a regional style, and it has impacted nearly every aspect of design since the mid-1950s. It is one of the preeminent interior styles in the world.
Scandinavia is a collection of countries that traditionally refers to three northern European countries—Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Sometimes, it includes Finland, Iceland, and Greenland. Though there are several historical and cultural similarities between these nations, there are also more than a few notable differences. How they became united under the banner of home decor is a matter of marketing as much as history. And, it begins with changing social philosophies at the end of the 1800s.
Food Industry:
This café and bistro offers hot and cold drinks, sweet desserts like cakes, cupcakes, brownies and any other baked pastry food; Almond-Coconut Orange Cake, This easy and supermoist coconut-macaroon-like cake is a new Parisian classic; Pistachio Cake with Orange Cream and Lavender Honey, This extra-nutty and moist cake gets a double dose of pistachio—from toasted nuts and creamy paste. For the Bistro Menu; Smoked Whitefish Tartare with Herb Oil, This easy and delicious smoked-fish starter takes just a half-hour to make; Thyme-Basted Pork Tenderloin with Oyster Mushrooms, This easy Parisian dish combines juicy pan-roasted pork tenderloin, meaty mushrooms and an enticing, crunchy topping of walnuts, shallot and chives; Strip Steak Frites with Bearnaise Butter, This brilliant take on steak frites is a specialty of chef Andrew Carmellini. He tops seared strip steaks with a butter infused with tarragon, shallots and vinegar—key ingredients in béarnaise sauce—and serves them with tangy French fries made with vinegar-brined potatoes; Frenchie Salad, Roasted cherry tomatoes are key to the sweet, flavorful dressing that tops this hearty salad; Pommes Puree, These sublime buttery, creamy potatoes are based on the version made famous by French culinary legend Joël Robuchon.

Differences of Filipino and Canadian Cultural Etiquette
When it comes to Cultural Etiquettes of a Filipino, people are casual, fun loving, sensitive and hospitable people. Personal and family honor are stressed, as well as dignity and pride. Education is highly valued and families make great sacrifices to educate their children. Hiya (shame) is instilled in Filipinos at an early age. To be shamed is the greatest form of disgrace. Meeting and greeting casual etiquette of Filipinos where Men and women shake hands with everyone present at a business meeting or social occasion and when saying "goodbye." Handshakes should be friendly and informal, but limp. Men should wait for women to extend their hand. Body language is another example of casual etiquette for the Filipinos, here are some of the main body languages; If Filipinos don't understand a question, they open their mouths. Raised eyebrows signify recognition and agreement; Staring is considered rude and could be misinterpreted as a challenge, but Filipinos may stare or even touch foreigners, especially in areas where foreigners are rarely seen; To Filipinos, standing with your hands on your hips means you are angry; Eyebrow flash or a quick lifting of eyebrows is a Filipino greeting. Filipinos also have the corporate culture, the most know corporate culture is that Filipinos are relaxed about time. Meetings and appointments often begin late. Foreigners are supposed to be on time or this is what everyone calls it “Filipino Time”. Filipinos also have a dining and entertainment etiquette where people who have not been invited may turn up at dinner. They should be included graciously. While Canadians
This is how Canadians greet each other or the greeting as casual etiquette’ Canadians meeting for the first time usually shake hands to introduce themselves, and may shake hands before departing, as well. Short hugs are becoming more common for closer friends, particularly women. Kissing remains mostly reserved for family or lovers. Gestures or body language; In contrast to some other parts of the world, Canada is not a nation with a lot of obscene or offensive gestures. In general, most rude hand or body gestures are done knowingly, and can be easily avoided as a result.
Some of the most common “bad” gestures include: Middle finger raised which results an extremely obscene gesture of anger or frustration to someone else; Yawning considered rude if it’s not covered by hand. And also sneezing is weirdly ritualized. Sneezers say “excuse me” following a sneeze, while anyone in the immediate vicinity says “bless you,” as a sign of sympathy. While Canadian dining and entertainment etiquette mostly; Wait to be shown to your seat; Popular foods in Canada include: ‘poutine’ which originates from Quebec and consists of French fries and cheese topped with brown gravy, Canadian ‘peameal’ bacon which comes from the loin of pork and has been brined and rolled in cornmeal. Maple syrup is also a great favourite along with doughnuts, butter tarts and pancakes.

Geographical Landscape: The Northern Lights (Alaska, USA)
The best spot for Northern Lights is in Alaska, USA. The aurora borealis (northern lights) form when charged particles emitted from the sun during a solar flare penetrate the earth's magnetic shield and collide with atoms and molecules in our atmosphere. These collisions result in countless little bursts of light, called photons, which make up the aurora. Winter months are ideal due to longer nights, but year-round is possible. You can camp, drive, or view the aurora from the comfort of a heated cozy Air BNB cabin or lodge. Flight seeing is another popular way to witness the magic of the Northern Lights from the air. Other unique aurora sightseeing tours include dog sledding and photography focused tours. Aurora is the Roman goddess of dawn and Boreas is the Greek term for the north wind, hence the name Aurora Borealis. No two light displays are the same, the colour and patterns always differing. It’s a common misconception the Northern Lights only come out at certain times, however they’re always there. It’s just the sky conditions that change making them visible. You can experience the different colours of the Aurora Borealis occur due to the different types of gas particles. A pale-yellow green is the most common colour followed by pink and a mix of red and green. Witnessing pure blue light is very rare as well as pure red which is produced by high-altitude oxygen found at heights of up to 200 miles above the earth. If you are planning to view the Northern Lights, take a decent camera. The auroras are relatively dim to the naked eye and human retinas can limit certain colours, so watching through a long-exposure camera setting will provide a higher chance of a better sighting. You can also experience the good services that will be apply once you get there. There are also some winter activities that you can do there since the best time to go and watch the Northern Lights is winter. Dog mushing is the official sport of Alaska. Visitors travel from around the world to witness Alaska’s famous sled dog races, including the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race and the Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race, skiing or snowboarding, heli-skiing and snowmobiling.
