I don’t actually think Lucifer and Lilith are divorced y’all

Hear me out yeah? Imma give my reasons pretty bluntly so sorry for that

-First of all, the most obvious point. Viv has said multiple times that they are happily in love.

-Second of all, he still wears his wedding ring.

-third of all, I’ve been informed people think this because he never mentioned her. But like??? Bro is obviously not good at addressing problems. He’s avoiding his depression with hobbies (the ducks), he tries to avoid answering when Charlie asked what he thought about the hotel, and the whole song with alastor is him trying to show off and win Charlie over rather then just TALKING to her.

-it’s really not out of character for him to try and avoid a painful subject. Such as his wife, whom he loves dearly, going missing.

-also he still has a bunch of pictures with her in his work room. And since he’s clearly the type to AVOID upsetting things, I don’t think he would keep them if they divorced.

In conclusion, I don’t think they’re split. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

Something crazy I noticed...

In every single Photo in the background, they show Lilith's face. They show her eyes and especially her hairline.

They basically point the entire audience to happy family pictures of Lilith like "SEE? SEE!?"

.....And then there's that flash back.

Notice: No eyes, and THAT HAIRLINE.

I know there's been a rumor that Eve got involved and split Lilith and Luci apart.... AND WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT WHO'S HAIRLINE FITS THE "Lilith" WE SAW TAKING CHARLIE AWAY.

Conclusion: EVE YOU BITCH LET LUCI AND LILITH BE TOGETHER

Makes you wonder who is actually holding Alastor's leash but... I feel like it'd be Lilith. The real one.

Okay hear me out

Wouldn’t Roo be Eve? Since Roo is the “root of all evil” and Eve eating the apple created evil/sin? Her smile when she ate the apple seemed kinda sinister to me, so maybe she took to hell real well.

And hang with me, but if Emily is Eve’s daughter (and Lucifer was referring to fucking Eve and not giving her the apple) I find it interesting that Lilith’s(who probably would’ve gone to heaven if she died naturally seeing how much she was trying to help hell) daughter is in hell, and Eve’s(who deserves to be in hell if she is Roo) daughter is in heaven. Or maybe Charlie is actually Eve’s daughter(like I’ve seen some people theorize) and Emily is Lilith’s, then their daughters went to the place their mothered deserved? Idk about this part tho lol.

I’d love it if Eve turned out to be Roo!

Lilith Theory

I'm sure that everyone has had their own theories about what Lilith's been doing this whole time and why she seems to be peacefully relaxing in Heaven while her daughter's been working hard in Hell and her husband's depressed at her absence.

Personally? I don't think she's up there willingly.

She doesn't exactly look happy having Lute get in her face and calling her daughter a bitch and a brat. And I think there's a bit more going on than what we're seeing. What if in the 7 years she's been gone, she was captured by Adam and Lute and they threatened that if she doesn't stay there, they'll go after hellborns. Sinners are free game due to Sera thinking Hell might uprise against Heaven but Lilith could at least bargain for anyone born in Hell to be spared. But she warns that if Adam dies, she can go free.

Lute did say that since she's in charge, she wants Lilith to go down and stop Charlie since her plans are damaging the very foundation of Heaven.

Lilith is basically trapped in a gilded cage. Someplace beautiful and nice...but without those she loves so it's still a prison.

And there's something else that Lucifer brought up that could be worth considering.

Eve.

In many texts regarding the bible, Eve was said to have gone to Hell while Adam went to Heaven since she took the apple. And Lucifer did say he managed to pleasure Lilith AND Eve where he couldn't. If you don't take that as Lucifer just teasing Adam and trying to get under his skin during their fight, that might lead to some interesting theories down the line.

Her face and hair here look very familiar don't they?

We know what Lilith's face looks like due to paintings but here, her face is blurred. What if this isn't Lilith but Eve?

Her trading card seems a bit off too. While the card says Lilith, maybe it's Eve impersonating her? Her face and smile seem a bit off here. Maybe Eve felt resentment to Lucifer and Lilith for giving her the apple of knowledge and wanted to split them up from the inside of Hell while Adam went after them from the front in Heaven.

Food for thought at least.

I think it's interesting that Adam was the first human soul entered in Heaven when in the bible, Abel was the first human to ever die. Did he go to hell?

As much as I loved the finale, there is one tiny little nitpick that I have with it, and that's how it handled Dazzle's death.

The issue wasn't that he died as much as the death itself wasn't given the focus it deserved. Dazzle was a huge part of Charlie AND Lucifer's life, so it's a bit of a bummer that we couldn't get a scene of them mourning/grieving for him (or a scene of Razzle mourning him, for that matter!). Like, couldn't we even have a brief scene of Charlie shedding a tear for him before she began the final song?

I absolutely love how they made a statue in his honour, but it's still a downer that it was only shown so briefly in the two scenes it was shown in.

Again, it was a NEAR-FLAWLESS finale, but this was just one little thing that I wish they could've done differently.

P.S. If it's not an issue for you, that's perfectly okay. I'm just sharing my own thoughts on the matter.

the whole of 'stayed gone' is vox being all like 'this dude's ancient as FUCK' + 'if you guys want modern. stay the fuck away from this guy' etc etc. however. the ENITRE song alastor is also spitting out the most time-relevant and modern slang ever, proving he is NOT dated, and he DOES stay hip with the kids
