Difference Between Psychotherapy & Hypno-Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy and hypno-psychotherapy though very similar in goals, but they have a very different approach. As the name suggests, hypno-psychotherapy works by commanding the subconscious mind of an individual; whereas the psychotherapy is generally achieved through talking.
To simplify the matter further, the base of hypno-psychotherapy is hypnosis. The therapist puts the patients into trans state in order to get access to their subconscious mind. Through hypnosis, the hypno-psychotherapist helps the patients by modifying their behaviour, enhancing their focus, reducing their anxiety, physical pain and phobias.  It is a very difficult process, thus it should be only performed by most efficient and authorized people otherwise performing such a feat can produce permanent damage to the mind of the patient.
As stated earlier, psychotherapy has a very different approach. Also called talk therapy, it is generally achieved by developing an interpersonal relationship between the therapist and the patient through talking. In this process, the patients talk about their feelings and thoughts with their therapists. There are several techniques that therapists use to perform psychotherapy. But the most common and often used technique is known as cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT. Through this technique, the psychotherapists help to curb the overwhelming negative emotions that people face. Thus, they help to reduce anxiety disorders, phobias, depression and several other ailments. Sometimes, the psychotherapy is performed by trained psychiatrists. Hence, the process also includes prescription medications in rare cases.

Psychotherapy and hypno-psychotherapy are both very effective processes. But the later often requires skilled personnel to perform as they try to talk to the subconscious mind of the patients.

Benefits You Will Get From Holistic Psychotherapy
The concept of holistic psychotherapy states that the self-perception of an individual is not an embodiment of certain parts of the mind or brain. It is the integration of the entire body, mind, feelings, emotions and the spirits. With the holistic approach being developed around 2500 years ago, the holistic psychotherapy helps the individuals to realize the connections between the mind, body and the spirit in order to treat several problems. And it does so by utilising different techniques. The primary goal that lies behind the concept of holistic psychotherapy is to help people gain self-awareness, as well as, self-confidence by having a better understanding of themselves.
The holistic psychotherapy often involves different individual development techniques which make use of the human body as the gateway to achieve self-improvement. These development techniques include: tai-chi, yoga, breathing exercises, therapeutic massage or touch and several other similar techniques. Plus, the techniques not only help people to develop their physique, but also aid in the development of the mental condition of a person. To further simplify the matter, it can be said that the ultimate goal of these physical exercises is to strengthen the connection between body, mind and spirit which can have deep impacts on the mental, as well as, the physical health of the people.
Apart from developing the physical and mental health, the holistic psychotherapy has several other benefits too. It can prove to be very effective in treating serious mental conditions like: depression; anxiety; post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); mental traumas; and several other complications.
