Also don’t eat Fish liver oils, cod liver oil. Avoid herbal tea-There is some problem to eat herbal-based tea to drink on developing babies. Avoid alcohol-Alcohol is not safe for pregnant women and her baby. Drinking alcohol is a higher risk of miscarriage and stillbirth. Drinking alcohol may also result in fetal alcohol syndrome, which can cause facial deformities and intellectual disability. Refined Flour Product-Don’t eats refined flour like bread, Noodles, pasta, pizza, cookies, etc during pregnancy. Long-packed food like pickles, chocolate, etc is full of chemical uses for preservation is harmful to growing a baby during pregnancy. Raw Papaya-Raw and semi-ripe papaya contain latex which is dangerous for the mother and her fetus, that can cause premature delivery, totally avoid eating unripe papaya during pregnancy. But the ripe papaya is full of vitamins and iron and it is good for mother and baby. Unpasteurized Milk and its product-Unpasteurized milk should be a little bit boiled before consuming and it kills germs and prevent disease-causing microbes, which can be harm full for babies' growth. Listeria bacteria which is found in raw milk and can cause miscarriage, illness, death. Also, avoid milk product like cheese and peanut butter because it is preserved so many time. So this food avoids during pregnancy. Caffeine-Caffeine is dangerous in pregnancy It can cause miscarriage, low birth weight. Caffeine is found in coffee, tea, chocolate, soft drinks, energy drinks, some cakes, and cookies. So avoid caffeine during pregnancy. Eat a very low amount of tea or coffee is that no danger. Junk food-Pregnancy is a very soft period so we always try to eat homemade, safe, and nutritious food including protein, iron, calcium in that period that fulfills your baby's needs. Junk food is low in nutrients high in calories, fats, and sugar, and also hygiene. It also causes heartburn, fatigue, stretch mark, gestational diabetes, and also a risk of allergies. So don't include junk food in the pregnancy diet. Pregnancy diet(Supplements during pregnancy) Pregnant women eat many foods during pregnancy but that not enough in that period. So she needs extra food supplements during these periods. Firstly discuss with your doctor for starting any kind of food supplements like   - Multivitamins - Folic acid - Iodine - Magnesium - Calcium - Fats Multivitamins-Multivitamins are important during pregnancy. In that period pregnant women eat so many multivitamins-based foods but also eat some supplements. Pregnant women should take multivitamins supplements include in the pregnancy diet before conception and during pregnancy and breastfeeding time. Multivitamins reduce the risk of premature birth and preeclampsia. Multivitamin is a combination of some vitamins and minerals. Magnesium-Magnesium is one of the important minerals by humans its works with many enzymes to regulate body temperature, synthesize nucleic acid and protein as well as maintaining electrical in nerves and muscle. It works in women's bodies to fetal growth increase birth weights. Magnesium deficiency or insufficiency during pregnancy may cause a health risk for both the mother and the newborn. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and optimizes blood pressure levels, thus making delivery less painful and pregnancy a breeze. It makes strong bones and teeth in your baby. Pregnant women should eat 400 mg tablet per day and breastfeeding mothers take 360 mg per day. Magnesium also improves fetus circulation in the mother's womb. So definitely include magnesium in the pregnancy diet. Calcium-  Calcium is a very important supplement during pregnancy and includes in the pregnancy diet. Calcium supplementation(1.5 to 2.0)oral elemental calcium is recommended for pregnant women to reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia .calcium  provides to your baby the development of vital structures like the skeleton. Your developing baby needs calcium to create bones and teeth and strong muscles. Calcium also important for your baby”s heart, muscles, nerves, and hormones. During pregnancy third trimester, when bone development starts at that time 250 to 350 milligrams are transferred from you and your baby every day. Women who 19 to 50 ages need 1000 milligrams of calcium a day. Supplemental calcium comes in different forms most commonly calcium carbonate and calcium citrate. Calcium carbonate provides the most calcium but requires extra stomach acid to help dissolve it, So it's best taken with a meal. Calcium citrate is most easily absorbed by the body. It can  be taken between meals Fat-Fat is most important during pregnancy. Fatty acid composition, mainly that of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid Omega-3 fatty acids are important for baby brain development and proper functioning of the retina. So fat is needed best. Pregnancy time exercise Regular exercise in that period can improve health and reduce excess weight gain, and easy delivery. Exercise can a good point for a women's mental and physical health during that period. It is also good for the newborn baby and her health. Exercise doesn't create any complacency. An exercise time is a short time for a pregnant time like she comfortable. Start slowly and build up your fitness bit by bit, start with 5 minutes of activities each day and 30 minutes work each day.Exercises like Yoga, Swimming, Walking,Riding a stationary bike,Strength training . - Covid -19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, it is started in 2019. - The coronavirus can be spread from person to person. - Prevention involves physical distancing, mask, hand washes much more time don’t touch face area. How it spread? The virus is spread and affect through droplets and virus particles released into the air when a person coughs, breathe, talk, laugh or sneezes. Larger droplets may fall to the ground in a few seconds, but tiny particles can linger in the air and accumulate indoor places with poor ventilation. That's why mask-wearing, hand washing much more time, and maintain distance with other coronaviruses. How did coronavirus start? Coronavirus starts on Dec 1, 2019, in Wahan city, China. Now the new coronavirus name SARS-CoV-2. That could cause illness in human beings. Today coronavirus evolved to cause pandemic disease. Now Covid-19 time period is 14 days. The virus is less affected in some people and less affected in some people, it's depending on the open person's immune system. The study continues how and why the virus evolved to cause pandemics.

Also, wash your hand with boiling water. wash hands before prepare food and eat and touch any outsider thing. Wash your hands before or after you touch your eyes, nose, mouth. That means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately since the droplets spread the virus. Because SARS-Co-2 is found in a high amount in the nose and mouth. It can also land on hard surfaces and stay there for up to 3 days. Wash your hand carefully after you sneeze or cough. Take physical distancing Don’t go to gathering places unnecessarily, which means stay home and work. If you go for must necessary then keep a distance of 6 feet from other people. Also, avoid being in busy eating areas. Don’t do handshake and hugging. Avoid going to any event, religious place, park, yoga center, bar, restaurant beach, etc. Wear a mask Face masks are one tool utilized for preventing the spread of disease coronavirus tips and tricks. There are some vitamins and foods which you can inculcate in your diet to have a strong immune system. - Turmeric –The spice turmeric is known for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Curcumin present in turmeric is a very potent agent and aids in the healing of wounds and infections. This is the reason, it is often suggested to have turmeric milk. - Vitamins –Among all kinds of vitamins, vitamins and Vitamin D play a major role in strengthening ones Another way we should have more citrus fruits and vegetables like Amla, Lemon, Orange also eggs, yolks. - Zinc-It is another nutrient that helps your immune system and metabolism function.
