Stabbing the injection needle through his skin into the 4th intercostal space of his ribcage. Pushing into his chest, the needle contacts his right ventricle, and I can feel each of it's beats pushing up on the syringe. It starts pounding knowing the needle is right on the pericardium, and then, a firm push penetrates through it.

Badumdumdum, badum, badumdumbadum, his heart sloppily skips a few beats as the needle enters the live right ventricle. Slowly I inject the solution, bit by bit. The syringe visibly jumping with each heartbeat. I didn't know how much to use, but I wanted to push his heart hard, so I went until it was empty. I push it in as deep as I can for shits, his heart throwing even more sloppy PVCs as the needle pierces a hole through the septal wall and entering the left ventricle. It keeps throwing PVC after PVC as it struggles to beat normally with the needle stuck through two of it's chambers. I fucking love your heart skipping.

Pulling out, his heart immediately started to pump faster and harder as the chronotropic effects stimulate it's electrical system, forcing it into induced tachycardia. It was working.

Placing my hand down on the steth pushing it onto his chest I can already feel his heart throbbing against the ribcage even though he's laying on his back. Intensely staring down i fully observe his cardiovascular operation. Heart rate 125bpm, blood pressure 125/87, breathing rate 37, and all continuing to rise. He puts the other end of the steth on his ears as there were two earpieces for two people. The solid sound of his thumping heart fills both our ears.

Tha-thump, tha-thump, tha-thump...

Ugh, he lightly moans out in enjoyment and arcs his back to stretch. The movement acts like a surge and his heart rate increases to 160. Pumping harder, breathing harder, BP continuing to rise.

I can see him getting hard, so pull down his sweatpants and underwear to his erect shaft and start stroking it. "Oh fuckk baby...". The pleasure sends hormones and adrenaline through his body, increasing cardiac activity even more. 181bpm.

His murmur becomes increasingly louder, and the sounds of the slamming valves become more harsh. His once healthy sounding heartbeat becomes more of a whoosh-slap, whoosh-slap as the it continues to be put under more and more strain. Fuck, this is so mesmerizing to watch and hear.

I began to worry that the effects aren't going to stop increasing anytime soon. His breathing is now rapid deep heaves as if he just ran a marathon. The whole front of his body was shaking from the violent contractions of the little organ, his stomach pulsing extremely vividly with each beat, his neck pulse so visible, his veins starting to show more in his arms. The abrupt hard jolts of PVCs becoming more frequent. 227bpm. BP, afterload and preload, ventricular contraction force, were all off the charts. I've never seen a heart working so hard, if there were monitors in here every single alarm imaginable would be going off.

Then to our amazement, it starts to slow. However BP doesn't seem to be decreasing, neither does load on his heart. It starts to beat in a sinus-arrythmia like pattern, with a few rapid fire beats upon inhale, followed by a few slow but extremely forceful beats upon exhale. Tha-thump tha-thump tha-thump.... Tha-THUMP.... Tha-THUMP.... Tha-thump tha-thump tha-thump... Then upon one deep exhale, his heart goes into a rapid bigeminy. Tha-thump-thaTHUMP, Tha-thump-thaTHUMP... A skip following each beat for a length of time before returning to sinus rhythm for a bit, then repeating again.

It was becoming too much for his little heart. It's electrical system was massively overloaded and starting to destabilize. The cardiac muscle won't be able to keep it up much longer either as it's rapid irregular pumping was becoming insufficient to supply its arteries well enough to cope with the massive constant demand. Oxygen saturation dropping, the bigeminy runs become longer and more resilient to reverting to sinus rhythm. I start to occasionally feel some of the secondary beats/skips result in a hard outward throb at the top of his heart and a loud rough unheartlike sound, as I watch the ventricles sometimes contract so prematurely and violently they push blood back into the atrium before the valves are even able to close.

"ughhh", between deep hard breaths, "my heart's never been this chaotic, I can't believe I'm actually listening to it as it's failing!"

"The heart is still just a muscle, and a muscle can only handle so much work before it can't take any more. Its systematic control is spasming as it's running out of breath, but your brain keeps sending stronger signals for it to keep fucking pumping with all it's got. You won't feel the ischemia or angina being on this solution, but trust me, it's in so much pain. And it's so. Fucking. Hot."

As if he wasn't cute enough already to freaking turn me on laying there naked, the sight of his hearts chaotic thrashing, the feeling of it wanting to jump it at my hand, the sound of it's murmur so loud I can't even hear S1... I couldn't help but strip down. I start rubbing my hard shaft against his and let out a moan as suddenly, almost as though on cue hearing what I said, his hearts rapid skips between proper beats become more and more in a row. I wondered if it was AFib, but then his heartbeat became just a constant stream of rapid fire single contractions.

It had fallen into vtach, the contractions quickly becoming weaker and weaker. I reach for the adenosine but it's no use now. He passes out as his heart churns out it's last few erratic beats before only twitching, then finally stopping completely.

"just cause I push you to your absolute limit doesn't mean you quit now you little shit"

CPR won't be of use, so I grab the defibrillator. Starting off at 100j, THUD... nothing. Charging 200j, THUD... The organ contacts a few times on its own, but can't regain rhythm and falls still again.

"I know you can still beat, and I'm not done with you. Not until a ventricle ruptures, an artery blows, or in some other way tear yourself apart so far that this here heart gets damaged beyond recovery"

Charging 300j, THUD, the tiny heart churns out some ectopic beats, followed by an escape beat, and returning to sinus rhythm, as the boy gasps suddenly awake and clutches his head. Still under the effects of the drug, his heart continues to thump out of his chest, but maintaining a consistent 140bpm with only the occasional PVC.

"you doing alright baby? Feeling anything majorly wrong?"

"well, besides how I just witnessed my heart nearly bursting, it's rhythm failing and it completely stopping?"

Running my hand through his silky hair and staring into his gorgeous eyes, "you turn me on any more today and I won't even need an injection for my heart to be next". I can hear the hiccup in his breathing as his heart throws a PVC, and we both just smile ear to ear 🖤
