Unpopular opinion- you can SH and still be happy! I have been addicted to this shit for 12 years and hate when my partner says I'm unhappy because I'm not. My brain is just a mess and relies on SH to maintain my sanity.

Also have bpd so I can be happy one minute and then sad the next. But he doesn't understand that and just says I must always be sad to do something like this.

My self harm is not because of him, he can't love it out of me. I wish he would understand.
