Day 3 and 4!! I’m not going to show a picture because they’re my friend. She is literally so skinny because she’s such a picky eater lol. I wish my body looked exactly like hers. My greatest fears are probably just gaining it back. I don’t really care about anything else tbh.

Day 1! I’m 15, 119.4 lbs / 54.2 kgs as of today. My first goal is 109.9 lbs, my second is 99, my third is 89, and my ugw is 80-85 lbs. :)

because the weather is getting colder, here's a huge comfort food of mine that's under 200 calories ✨
half a can of Cambell's concentrated french onion soup (i highly recommend saving the other half the can for another day) - 70 cals
then you need to add half a cup of water (this makes the soup less salty tasting, plus gives you more than enough soup)
heat it up in a pot on the stove or microwave till it's as hot as you like
i then take 5-7 saltine crackers (the ones i use are 60 cals for 5) and put them in a bowl with my soup. or you could just dip them in it
and that's it! it ranges from 130-154 calories depending on how many crackers you use ✨
