Finally, Rizz is a slang term used to refer to the quality of someone who can attract romantic partners easily and is desirable without trying. It's short for "charisma," isolating the middle syllable of the word. Therefore Skibidi Ohio Rizz would refer to a bizarre and intimidating kind of charisma that's inseparable from its uncanniness."
