death is...something to hedia. being part of the greek gods & goddess, hedia has been taught that death is not the end for them - but for mortals? well if the right spell death would be just a word and not something in the future - unless they make hedia their enemy.

but she has grown fond of some mortals on the isle of lost, and to think that death will catch them one day...it doesn't sit well with her. but she is the daughter of hecate, demigoddess of witchcraft, a silly word like death won't stop her from saving them.

so death...yeah it's something, but nothing she has to worry about, only her enemies.
