 not since his injury in his youth. he does ride horses at times, but it’s tiresome and it leaves him more sore than ever. his days as a mighty knight are over and he cannot join any cause to fight in this endless war. “i can provide horses if you wish so, but I cannot ride along. or offer my personal guard. highgarden is on high alert.” ever since margaery went to king’s landing, he keeps his guard close, never knowing when the lannister would attack.
