I had this idea of creating slavic themed (and particularly Ukrainian themed) WoW OC quite long ago and I've finally done this!

За маленьким хитким столиком під забитим дошками віконцем сиділа жінка. Вбрана в чорне: чорна хустка на голові, чорна сорочка, прикрашена однотонною червоною вишивкою, чорна, в ледь помітну смужку, спідниця. На шиї поблискували численні разки намиста, з-за пояса стриміла куделиця, а в лівій руці крутилося веретено – Пряля, як завжди, була вся в роботі.

so here's a pack of all hypnos-related scenes i've seen so far that caught my attention

on a post containing 4 thirst traps, one for each male companion except wyll, with the 4th picture being gale a second time

"boy"? beloved that is a grown man. you arent gonna get thrown in jail for putting a 24yo monster hunter with facial hair in the wavemothers robe, no matter how poorly you misunderstand his character. gun to my head you couldnt make me say that

there’s this Wyll mod that’s going around that gives him pointy ears and sharp teeth and all that and i just. couldn’t understand why i disliked it so much, but now i think i do.

his transformation into a “devil” is inherently painful. it’s his punishment, literally. his soul is dragged through hells and now he bears marks of his tormentor with him always. his horns and bumps and a red eye are a reminder of his suffering. making him look even more fiendish just seems… so cruel to me.

but it’s just my opinion and i don’t hate on the modder(s) or people who use that mod. i just couldn’t put a finger on why it made me so uncomfortable, and now i do.

Genuinely I am so sick of people playing BG3 and commenting like ""Oh it's so dumb that Wyll is uncomfortable at the Tiefling party because of his horns -- all the tieflings have horns too""

I disagree completely.

Wyll's uncomfortable because he has horns NOW and did not have them the last time he saw those tieflings. Literally most of them know him BY NAME. He's uncomfortable because he doesn't want to have to answer the same question over and over and over again to these people that he knows, has worked with, and has helped teach.

If you've ever lost a job or had something bad happen to you, it makes sense. You don't want to go to a big event right after it happened because you KNOW everyone will be asking you about that bad event. And you don't want to deal with it!!!

That was me after my dog passed away last year. I knew people were being understanding and trying to be comforting, but I didn't want to keep telling people that he fucking died over and over again!! It was upsetting!!! It just kept re-opening the wound!

I feel like that is why Wyll is upset at the tiefling party and I am so tired of everyone making fun of him for it.

It's a very real reaction.

okay but the way Wyll’s backstory is about stopping the dragon cult to save Baldur’s Gate and his Act 3 questline is to get a dragon’s help to save Baldur’s Gate… makes me sick
