     Time to go start fires ! A single finger is held up, telling the new fire-starting buddy to wait, while Pyro runs off. 

     When Pyro comes back, he is toting with him an extra flamethrower and he offers it out.

    ❝ excellent ,  we will proceed on then . ❞   there was a subtle hint of excitement in her tone ,  almost as if she’s trying to keep it contained and a bit professional  ( despite that it’s just the two of them ) .  there was a little nod ,  eyes taking one last glance at the words before turning their gaze to the wings .  

    she turned her focus from the wings to the other as he explained .   ❝ that’s fine by me .  i have the tools around in the drawers somewhere . ❞   she spoke ,  placing the papers down and began rummaging through them .  she’ll make a mental note to do proper cleaning instead of throwing things in and calling it a day .   ❝ i’m sure once we get there it should be fine . ❞

     “ Would you like organizational assistance ? ” He speaks as he watches her rummage through the drawers. Perhaps he should keep a closer eye on her. She works too hard, and then misplaces things. She is not at the pinnacle of health for this; he’s starting to think she needs someone to watch her.

     “ Perhaps we should tackle getting the tools ready first; this is going to be an extensive process. Streamlining it so we get it done as efficiently as possible might be ideal. I have no problem with taking some time to organize before we begin work. ”

with enough thought and not much planning, angela has taken the liberty to sit on delta's lap. it looked innocent at start, until she proceeded to make herself rather ... comfortable. there's a smile playing on her lips, pretending she isn't doing anything rather than sit.

     Ah, he follows what she’s doing; though he doesn’t engage her at first. He seems content to see if she’ll ease off if there’s no response. When that does not seem to be the case, Delta lets out a soft breath, almost akin to that of a sigh. No, this isn’t the place for it. Possibly not the time, but he reasons he’ll put the time aside for her if this is what she wants. 

     “ Not here. ” Finally, he speaks. “ If you would like to pursue this; perhaps somewhere more private would be pertinent. You are after a more private affair, are you not ? ”

    she’s well aware of his lack of ability to socialize like a normal person ,  though it was instinctive reaction that she gave him a look before looking back down to the improved notes .  angela kept reading quietly ,  absorbing the information written down .  this will do so much more nicely than her notes .  there’s even more accurate calculations compared to her’s .  it …  honestly irritates her a little bit .  just a tiny bit .

    ❝ my handwriting isn’t the problem  –  i just happen to write weird nonsense on paper that i thought made sense earlier . ❞   she blinked rapidly from the taps ,  glancing back over to what he was pointing out .   ❝ that’s fair .  do i have to read through everything before we start or can we start as i read through to go by a bit faster ? ❞

     “ I have no doubts in your ability to keep up with reading notes as we go along. ” His eyes scan his own words carefully before nodding along. “ I will be referencing them throughout the process myself; I need to be sure I have it correct. We do not want any slip ups because we thought we knew what we were doing. It is imperative to get it right; we will both be referencing the notes as we work. There is little need for study beforehand. ”

     He makes a motion to the wings. “ First step is we take them apart. The pieces that can stay are noted; diagrams included. ” He points toward a couple of the neatly drawn diagrams. “ I may not have been entirely accurate in them as it was off memory at this part; but it should serve well nevertheless. ”

    blue eyes blinked down at the revised and improved writing he dropped down for her .  she took the chance to pick up the paper and took a quick skim through it to see what she’s going to be in for .  and it seems she’s going to be in for a lot .  for anyone else ,  they’d doubt they’ll be up for that much reading ,  but for angela  –  she can stomach it rather well .  a walk in the park ,  a piece of cake .

    ❝ thank you very much ,  dear .  this would very much save me so much trouble with this .  at the very least ,  it means i won’t have to constantly check on it every month for it’s functionality .   ❞   the woman started to properly read through the paper ,  idly nibbling at her pinky nail .   ❝ …  these notes makes …  a lot more sense than the ones i have that i scribbled down at 3 in the morning at some point . ❞

     “ I had gone over what you’d shared with me and made my own notes. One sleepless night later and I decided I would pour over it all again. I know your working habits, I thought perhaps my own input might give you a boost. ” He means no insult by it, though often do his words tend to come across as such. He’s still learning social interaction; though he’s aware she knows enough of him to know he doesn’t mean to be rude. 

     “ Perhaps instead of hand writing your notes, you may wish to type them out. Sometimes I even do that. If legibility is an issue, that fixes it. ” He moves a hand, tapping at the first few notes. “ If we are to start, we’ll be starting here. It’s basic changes; and it gives us a base to begin the alterations I’ve described. ”

    the woman perked up from focusing on the notes she has scattered around as her hands were idly fiddling with the pieces of her wings .   ❝ yes ,  i’d very much appreciate the assistance . ❞   a smile formed on her lips ,  stepping aside to let the other take a view of her  ( lack of )  progress .  she’s ashamed to say she was struggling to read her own notes due to the time she was in writing them down .  looked like a whole lot of nonsense every other time .

     “ Here. ” Gently, he starts to pick up her scattered notes, piling them together and setting them aside before he puts his own neatly down in front of the two of them. They’re in a perfect organized order, his writing meticulous and with detailed explanations to his thinking as well as diagrams even drawn to further illustrate points. 

     “ While some of this may require entire reworkings of them, the end results should be more efficient along with faster response time. I know it may be a bit of a stretch to change as much as I’m recommending, but I am certain that this would be of great help to you. That is, if you would like to do this. Read over it, let me know. I am willing to give you a hand in undertaking the work as well. ”

     “ Would you like a hand with that ? I might have figured out a few improvements for them. ” Papers are held in his arms as he approaches her while she’s working with her wings. Maybe he’d planned a surprise to assist her after she’d shared the details of them with him. And maybe, just maybe, he’s also planned to try to take her to dinner after.
