━.*･｡ﾟ in any other situation, aria would’ve been the shy and reserved girl everyone thought she was. it was different with aiden. she felt almost too comfortable with him. perhaps  it was because of the time they spent together, she didn’t even feel embarrassed to do this in the middle of weenie hut jr’s. she hummed at his request, and slowly closed the space in between them. they’ve done more things than kiss, but something about their simple interactions made aria feel more at ease. it was like everything was right again. she couldn’t even remember why they fought a few days ago, it all melted as soon as their lips connected. a faint ’ is this allowed ’ was heard from behind them. the waiter was not pleased. this only made her eyebrow lift, and went in for a deeper kiss.

                            𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠  𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝  𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧  for  aria’s  sudden  boldness,  sudden  need  to  be  close,  but  aiden  wasn’t  one  to  complain  when  good  karma  comes  his  way.  so  all  he  did,  all  he  had  been  wanting  to  do  when  since  he  saw  her  sitting  at  weenie  hut  jr’s,  was  pull  her  closer,  kiss  her  harder,  d e v o u r  her.  ‘cause  it  had  been  too  long  since  he  had  those  pair  of  lips  around  his,  too,  too  long.  the  experience  itself  felt  like  some  sort  of  epiphany  for  aiden,  that  told  him  that  this  was  something  he  couldn’t  live  without,  that  aria  was  someone  that  aiden  couldn’t  let  out  of  his  grasps.  everything  around  aiden  was  blurred  out,  the  uncomfortable  stares people gave,  the  look  of  disgust  from  the workers,  everything,  because  nothing  but  aria  mattered,  nothing  but  his  right  hand  trailing  up  and  down  aria’s  back,  nothing  but  his  left  hand  that  made  home  inside  the  back  pocket  of  aria’s  jeans,  n o t h i n g.    ❝   god,  i  missed  your  lips   ❞   he  mumbled  between  the  other’s  lips  before  he  dove  in  for  another  minute  or  two.

                    ARDEN ; i go back to you

POISON ;  a  type  of  toxin  that  kills  the  body  and  the  mind  slowly.  it  suffocates  the  vein  and  it  sucks  out  all  the  happiness,  the  tenderness,  the  innocence  from  a  person.  leaving  them  soulless  and  lifeless,  another  body  to  the  collection.  aiden  left  his  venom  deep  into  aria’s  veins,  watching  as  she  slowly  lose  the  light  in  her  eyes,  as  she  slowly  lose  her  soul.  but  aiden  has  his  own  poison  that’s  slowly  killing  him,  deteriorating  him  until  he’s  no  more  than  a  body.

FIRE ;  dangerous,  bold,  and  brazen.  you  can’t  touch  it,  can’t  get  too  close  to  it,  unless  you  want  to  be  a  casualty.  first  love  is  like  a  fire,  passionate,  warm,  d a n g e r o u s.  too  many  people  fall  casualty  to  first  love.  too  many  people  leave  with  burn  marks  that  never  heal,  never  go  away.  they  stay  as  a  scar,  as  a  reminder  of  what  love  is,  of  how  harmful  a  flame  could  be.  most  learn  their  lesson  and  stay  away  from  the  fire.  jace,  however,  is  enamored  by  it.  in  love  with  the  warmth,  the  burning,  the  danger.  and  xander  is  the  flame  that  lights  up  and  burn  every  inch  of  skin,  of  muscle,  of  bone,  of  jace.

━.*･｡ﾟ it was easy for aria to forgive and forget with him. even though deep inside, she felt as if they were doing the same thing over and over again. it was emotionally tiring, but she loved aiden. “ you miss me, huh, ” aria walked over nonchalantly and placed herself down on his lap. she usually wasn’t this outgoing towards others, but it was different with her lover. she smiled teasingly, making their faces inches apart, “ do you want something as sweet as me? ”

                        𝐚𝐬  𝐬𝐡𝐞  𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝  𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧  on  his  lap  and  the  words  she  uttered  registered  on  his  mind,  aiden  couldn’t  help  the  slight  tingle,  shiver  that  spread  across  his  body.  and  as  if  on  auto  pilot,  aiden’s  hands  was  already  securely  attached  to  aria’s  waist.  it  felt  right  to  have  aria  back  in  his  arms,  back  with  him  because  that  was  how  it  has  always  been  and  that  was  how  everything  should  stay  as.    ❝   ‘course  i  miss  you,  missed  having  you  be  the  first  thing  i  see  when  i  wake  up   ❞   he  tightened  his  arms  around  the  other  as  she  inched  closer  to  him,  their  lips  BREATHING  the  same  air.  god,  was  she  a  tease.  no  one  had  warned  aiden  about  this  side  of  aria,  and  no  one  had  thought  to  teach  him  how  to  keep  himself  under  control  when  confronted  with  situations  like  this.    ❝   can  i  have  a  taste  test  then,  babe──  ??  ❞
