So, let's say you're a Heller and your dash has something you don't get on it or maybe you missed a joke. Here, I'll be explaining and defining such terms! I do not guarantee that I will know every term, have every source, or be constantly correct. I'll be doing my best!

Jeff
I believe the creation of "Jeff" goes back to Marlo ( @heller-jensen ) but I'm not entirely certain yet (wanted to get these posts out quickly, I'll edit them later). He seems to be a stand in for Dean and is referred to as Castiel's gay love interest. Apparently, they met in Purgatory (the one in Miami) and he seems to be a joke OC used to replace more upsetting thoughts about the spn finale scripts with hilarious ones.
I've only just woke up and am catching up on today's chaos so please send in any updates or corrections!

Omitted
After the release of the scripts to season 15 epsiodes 19 and 20 (I'll try to edit the link in) there were several sections that just say "OMITTED" in a similar way to how one would use Reacted! This is now in use similarly to [GUNSHOTS] (will try to edit a link in there too). Mostly, used to signify something being silenced or removed in a joking manner.

Jacting Joices
In the fashion of Jackles this combines "Jensen" and "Acting Choices". Typically in reference to when signs point to Jensen making intentional decision to draw attention to Dean's feminity, bisexuality, or Destiel. Particularly when his lines divert from the script or on episodes he directed. Typically focused on subtext and coding. "Macting Moices" is rarely used (on crimes of sounding really weird) but is the Misha equivalent.
Coiner is @deanwinchesterapologist , coin date unknown.
Bri does address the term here, but I don't have the very first usage yet!

Who exactly can I call "Bestie"?
Of course, you may call any friends who enjoy the term Bestie but in Heller contexts you may see the word thrown around quite a bit. Generally, "so true bestie" just means that you agree with someone elses (usually spn-related) opinion. As far as I know, this is not commonly done between strangers and acquaintances outside of Hellers. I think this originated from jokes that Hellers are all best friends because we all still care about Destiel in 2020/2021? If they're a spn blog you're probably okay to say "so true bestie" especially in the tags of a rb, and if you're well acquainted or friends it should be alright to use in any positive context so long as you aren't asked not to.

Wincestie & Wincel
Wincestie is generally a derogatory term for those who ship Sam & Dean romantically. The "Win" is from "Winchester", the "cest" is fron incest, and the "ie" suffix indicates that one is referring to the shippers and not to the ship as a concept.
Wincel is also rooted in the phrase "Wincest" and is even more likely to be used derogatorily as it is further combined with "Incel" which means "Involuntarily Celibate" (people who would like to get laid but cannot, also derogatory usually)
You will often see these terms used by Hellers as part of a DNI (Do Not Interact) or to reference that subset of SPN fans.

Asphodel, Why are we calling eachother Cunts?
You can see the screen here but essentially a Wincest shipper got the impression that our liberal use of "Bestie" is a veiled insult, which is generally not the case, so it became a joke to begin actually calling eachother Cunts. Also, the "Cameo Cultists" is likely referring to Misha's cameo videos often being passed around.
#tw cunt#is that a real tag?#joke explanations#wincest mention#please feel free to bloc the wincest mention tag to avoid all reference to it#with the knowledge that any related terms to avoid will also be blocked too

Blood freak/ Bloodfreak
This generally speaking is in reference to Sam (early-mid seasons usually) and his addiction to demon blood. On occassion, this may refer to other characters with blood addictions (Crowley) or the other children like Sam who received powers from demon blood.
You may see varieties in a similar format referring to Sam too! There's a chart out there that I can't find the link to that has the prefixes law, book, and blood by the suffixes boy, slut, and freak. Any of those 9 combinations typically refer to Sam!
I don't think there is a particular coiner for this term as it is a canon reference

Orpheus' Gay Cajun Vampire Sidepiece
In reference to the purgatory arc Dean is often compared to Orpheus and Castiel to Eurydice. This, of course, discluded Benny.
To the best of my knowledge, this post is what led to Benny being referred to "Orpheus' Gay Cajun Vampire Sidepiece" by hellers!
Therefore, @donnasweett appears to be the coiner!

X-coded Y-girl
This is a format used as an unofficial alignment chart for spn fans! -coded means the character you find most similar to yourself, and -girl is your favorite character. This is typically done with TFW but can plug in basically any character name (occassionally cast members). There is occassionally a distinction made between "Sammy" meaning pre series and early season Sam amd "Sam" being mid to late seasons or overall, not always, though.
For example someone may be Deancoded/Dean-coded because they see themself in Dean but their favorite character is Cas, thus they may call themself a Deancoded Casgirl. If Dean was also their favorite, they may call themself a Deancoded Deangirl
It is generally understood that the "girl" suffix is gender neutral contextually. It's a callback to "Dean girl" and "Sam girl" merch and vocab that is more inclusive of a variety of characters. Some people may choose to use (gn) to signify that they are using the "girl" suffix gender-neutrally but not all feel the need to include that.
So for example, a Charliecoded Bennygirl (gn) is someone who relates most to Charlie but prefers Benny, and may not be female, but this is just a generalization.

Chief Justice Jared Padalecki
After taking what I believe was allergy medication, Sarah ( @plantdadcas ) had a dream involving Jared Padalecki being nominated for the Supreme Court. However, Hellers made tumblr memes so vicious that they replaced him. Consequently, several hellers chose to make examples of the memes they'd make, most centered around a photo of Jared edited to have one of those fake white curled wigs. The meme was relatively short lived in popularity.

Long Con
Typically "Jackles long con" but occassionally any other member of the cast or crew (sometimes characters or hellers). Usually, this is used to refer to a long term plan to get Destiel (or another ship) canon over a long stretch. Most popular use referring to the theory that Jensen privately supported and worked towards Bi Dean and/or Destiel and was held back by a myriad of obstacles. Can have other meanings contextually and is used outside of Heller contexts, on account of being a pre-existing phrase.
Coiner unknown, Coin Date unknown.

A less-popular equivalent of Jackles for Misha Collins. This one is generally disliked for its much softer sound. Some still use it! Coiner & Coin date unknown.

Jackles
The first initial of Jensen with Ackles, a bit like the extra informal version of J. Ackles, generally pronounced just like jackal the animal. Coiner and coin date currently unknown, this is fairly widespread in use, amongst hellers and seems to be used on Twitter too.
